I have stayed here many times before and it has always been good. Good breakfast. Good dining options. Good location right off the interstate. Friendly service.

The rooms could be updated meaning the Bathrooms and sink outside the Bathroom. The coffee pot should be replaced. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

House keeping staff was so rude. They entered the room without asking and forced us to checkout early. When I questioned they started shouting and miss behaved, I was about call police then some other staff member requested not to do so….. will never stay there.

Pretty lobby. Pleasant staff. Looks like renovations may have been recently done but not completed. Highway noise due to close proximity to I-75. Lots of nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

Good price, place was outdated and smelled bad. Breakfast was ok. Front desk receptionist was nice and friendly.

The check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints for a quick 1 night stay.

Overall we had a nice extended stay and things were clean and pleasant. Just a couple things to improve. The out door pool was a bit dirty but the kids enjoyed it anyway. The dryer quit working and I had to fight for my $4 back which found ridiculous.

I don't typically write reviews but feel I need to when it comes to this one. My stay there was to have a safe and convenient place for my granchildren and I to stay at on our way to Look Out Mountain from Florida. At my first check in I was given the perfect room location given that all that mattered to my grandchildren was to go swimming in the pool. When we checked back in on our way back to FL I was given the same room. I am mentioning this because I want to stress how important it was for me that I was provided with the perfect room logistically. I did not receive the same hospitality at Red Roof Inn in Chattanooga and my experience there was way more stressful, despite their excellent location as well. If you are simply looking for a very convenient, clean for the most part, place to stop on your travels, I highly recommend this hotel. Right next to I-75, gas stations and food places right there. Perfect hotel to rest your head during your travels. As long as long you don't expect "resort" type of experience because that is not what this place is about. This place is about someone buying it, cleaning it up and upgrading to a place a grandmother of two kids felt safe and enjoyed seeing her grandkids have fun while stopping for a place to just rest for a night during travel.

The property is nice. The room was comfortable and clean. I see some people complaining and I dont get it. If you want the Hilton pay the Hilton price. All I need is a clean place to sleep and bathe. This place is right next to 75, has plenty of dining options and worked fine for what we needed. My only issue was the air conditioner was a little loud but even that was minor.

Much better than I expected. Very clean, cold a/c. Only let down is what looks like a hot tub is actually part of the pool and not warm whatsoever. Overall satisfied though.

Room had a not to good ador towels stained. Bed very low. Locks not working properly. No coffee maker in the room.

We checked in and as soon we got to our room we checked out immediately!

The room was clean. It’s an older hotel but they take care of it. This is not a fancy place. If you want a clean place to lay your head for the night at a good price then this is your hotel.

The customer service was excellent. We had car trouble and were stuck on the interstate. It was getting late, so I called and the lady working the desk was so very sweet and nice. She helped us so we could keep the room we reserved. All the desk people were so nice and even watched our trailer that was parked next to the hotel for us. We appreciated everyone for looking out for us and helping us when things got stressful in traveling.

Angel at the front desk was so pleasant! And helpful. Made me feel like family. The pool was so refreshing and spotless. Our rooms were clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Did an online reservation. Got there and was checked in in a matter mins. Place was pretty empty for a Saturday night, maybe it's just the area. Great because less people to watch behind your back. Place was nice and clean. Good price for a double bed, would have been a lot cheaper with a single. I see reviews for ppl complaining about the AC being high when arriving to the room. Why would a property waste running 70 AC units at full blast when on one is in them? We turned ours down to 60's and got cold in about an hour. Check out was super fast. Only issue I had was with breakfast. We were 1 min before breakfast was supposed to end, but when we got there there was no breakfast at all...as if they had already ended it prior to getting there early. So our fault for being close to late, but we were at the deadline hoping for scraps. Other than that, perfect stay.

Kids loved the pool

This is a very old place. All equipment are very old. The refrigerator was not working. Breakfast is very limited.

Our stay was ok. On our first morning no hot water, but was fixed fairly quick. On the website it states restaurant and lounge. That is not so. Was a little disappointed but, was ok with it. Plenty of restaurants close by.

I stay at this property 2-3 times a year, for the last 5 years due to work. It’s always a pleasant experience .
