There was a chair in the room with stains on it. There was no phone in the room. The bathtub did not drain properly. We were told that we could have another regular room aside from the suite we had.

everything was good for a one night stay, front desk was nice and handled everything well

The only problem I had was my room didn’t have a phone. Other than that everything was excellent

I didn’t like that the bathroom door had a crack and they put a nail in it and it was pointed out and it scratched me really bad.

Carpets needed changing on stairs and hallways. The room we were in smelled like a cigarette. They had tried to clean it up the curtains and the bedding did not smell like it, they changed filters in ac unit… maybe painting might help, I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from neither could they. Breakfast was great different everyday, I liked that!!! Staff were friendly and attentive. If we needed more towels they gave them to us! Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here before. Hotel is not a fancy one but it is a good place for overnight stay on the way to Disney or a Cruise. Lots of things near it. Easy on and off the hwy .

We are in our mid-40s, and this is not our first time in Ocala, and not our first time at this establishment. This hotel has gone down hill so bad in the past couple years it is sad. Very outdated. Bed was horrific, I would rather sleep on the gravel outside. They did not leave any soap or anything, only a bath towel. The elevator had a cigar shredded open all over the floor and the whole building smelled like marijuana. The person at the front desk had an attitude problem as well.

Ran into a small issue. Where other places would have not done anything to assist the management and desk staff helped and when over and beyond to make sure things were right and I’m grateful for it and hope they get the recognition they deserve

When we first got to the room the fridge was leaking. I'm assuming the seal was bad. There was only the roll of half used toilet paper in the bathroom. When we got a "new" roll from the front desk it was stained with brown stuff. There was only 1 ice maker and it was on the 1st floor. It wasnt working in the morning. The breakfast was good though. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Nice stay

It was very nasty and smell really bad.

I have stayed at the country Inn and suites and other places and never felt like I was staying in a rundown old place like this one. Upon arrival to the room, I was immediately questioning the need to stay, but it was later in the evening. I was exhausted and so we went ahead and stayed. There is no vanity in the bathroom for which you can utilize the mirror and have your personal items out. The bathtub had a few tiny bugs in it. There are no plugs for you to be able to reach to plug-in your phone chargers, personal fans anything close to the bed wires run around walls for them to even turn on a light. The phone was missing lots of buttons on it. We could not get the remote to work the TV so my son went down to the front desk. He is 13 and looks like he’s 18 and the front desk attendant know the buttons on this thing work you just don’t know how to use it. You need to go back to the room and look for a little antenna. The breakfast was absolutely less than to be desired So before we came back to the room that night, so we would have breakfast the next morning I purchased gourmet donuts from my local shop and went to open them to eat them and they were covered in ants!!!!

Always a good atmosphere

The lobby looked nice. The room smelled awful, the mattress was broken down and the bathtub had mold on the calk.

Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Was nice for what I needed to do. Have a place to sleep and less than Hilton. Harder to get back from Hilton .was comfortable sleeping.

Check in was great. Room was clean and not noisy. The breakfast nearly NON existent. Laundry onsite only takes quarters and hotel WILL NOT provide change. Junkies galore at hotel and BP next door. Will not stay in future.

Room not clean or in good repair. Bad smell in the room. Refrigerator dirty and not working. Ice machine only on the first floor(We were on 5), did not work well.

The door handles wouldn't work unless you pulled them up, the one room had a TV needing a password, and the desk clerk couldn't find the remote, there was a vagrant who broke in, was trying all the rooms, and slept in the hallway floor, and the coffee area had some cleaning issues.

we had no tv service-I had to unplug the phone because of a constant beeping. The flag outside looked as though it had been in a war. The downstairs bathroom was disgusting. Will not stay there again very disappointed!!!

Older hotel that is not updated. Room was dirty with candy wrappers in couch. TV did not work. No blanket for sofa bed. Shower did not work well. Towels were older and rough. Arrived later after a 10 hour drive. No parking available. Had to park at gas station next door and hope I would not get towed. Front desk person said there is not enough parking for hotel and staff. Pitiful. Would not stay here EVER again especially for over $200 a night!!

I was traveling and stopped here fir the night. There were no towels in the room. The TV didn't work without a code. I am glad I was only there long enough to rest.

Property has seen better days

Mattress on king bed was terrible, felt like I was sleeping in a cereal bowl. Toilet bowl had some weird kind of stain in it. We were on the front side of the building which is very noisy. Driving through the gas station to get to hotel was unusual.

Best part was breakfast. Friday afternoon we checked in for 2 booked rooms so all family members to enjoy long wknd getaway. Rooms were on opposite ends of the hall. 1 room had 3 people the other had 2. Each room had 2 bath towels 2 hand towels & 2 wash clothes. Shower in 1 room had low pressure while the shower in the other room was broke so you had to hold the shower head to use it. When I reported this inconvenience of everyone showering in the 1 room all the front desk said was they'd have maintenance get it fixed. Needless to say when we checked out Sunday morning nothing had been fixed nor any apology. The family decided to NEVER stay there again totally not worth the $. We would rather pay a little more & know the rest rooms are in working order. Staff did not seem to truly care about our inconvenience. Also the pool had some trash in it,candy papers that soaked & sunk to the floor. Maintenance is not kept up at all.

Great service! Housekeeping staff were working very hard each day of my stay and they provided excellent customer service! Front desk was also great at assisting me with my needs in a timely manner. Great place, and a great location!
