We received no information at check in. We weren’t told when breakfast was, where the elevators were, pool hours nothing! We had called early in the day to see if we could stay in our same room as I booked one night and my daughter booked one night. We were told it was fine however upon arrival it wasn’t done . She assured us she would look after it but we will check again this morning to be sure it’s done as we have left all our luggage and purchased in my (mothers) room

The room charge was supposed to be split between my friend & I. The gal that checked us in said she had split the cost. When checking out we were told it hadn't been split & so had to put the full charge on my card. When checking later my friend was charged for half the room charge.

Room was comfortable but loud and the carpet felt sticky. I wanted to have my shoes on when ever not in bed.

Very clean facility with friendly staff. We had a false fire alarm go off at 3 in the morning one evening. We all had to leave the hotel and wait for staff to give the okay to return. Very frustrating.

I did like that there are 2 hot tubs in the pool area.. The pool is on the smaller side. But there were towels available and it was clean in that area.
Checked into the room and went to put drinks in the room fridge and there was still food and drinks in there from previous people that had stayed. So the fridge was not cleaned or even emptied out.
Bed was comfortable as was the pillows. Room was hot so turned the air on at 60 for sleeping and normally I like it warmer it just made it tolerable.
Pancake machine at breakfast was broke down (out of order) which should be indicated when booking. In my mind if it was broken then get a griddle and start making pancakes to throw in a warmer. Not hard at all.
Also the egg warmer was empty and when i asked if it would be filled the staff was not friendly and snapped and said "he's working on it" which i did not appreciate the attitude.

This is the second time I have stayed there, with in the past two weeks. Super safe, complimentary breakfast, clean, great service and indoor pool/ jacuzzi.

Staff was very accommodating. Quiet when you need it to be. Beds were comfortable. Standing showers instead of bathtubs is a major plus in my books.
