The only negative was limited parking and the bed was a little soft for my taste, but otherwise it was excellent.

The carpet in my room was sticky. There weren’t many selections on the television; limited stations. Finally, I could hear the traffic from the road near the hotel.

It seemed like a lot of people staying at the property for construction work. I travel by myself for work so I feel a little insecure about that. My neighbor was singing at the top of his lungs at 5:45 am and blasting music by 6 am.

The room had wet carpet by the AC but to be fair it was just after tropical storm Debbie, could have been a window leak. Other than that it was a good room to catch a good night sleep.

Could not stay because of Hurricane Debby. Expedia has no one to contact and no way that’s easy to change reservation. I probably will not use Expedia again for a reservation.

Front desk staff so nice and friendly upon both check in and check out! Full breakfast and 24hr coffee made us decide to definitely return.
Only complaints were mattress sagged towards floor and shower drainage strange.

I was unable to get a king bed, opted for 2 queens. good water pressure in the shower. nice large tv.. the floor/ neighbors were quiet. the breakfast is good. many selections - the coffee is very hot ,very good. parking is plentiful . * one of two elevators was out of service . the desk clerks were helpful. > if exploring SUN CITY , you are just 10 mins to the sales offices.

Booked a two queen bed room and was given king bed room. I was told there were no other rooms available and that they did not have any cots. My two children had to sleep on the floor.

check in was fine. we did ask to move from room 107- , switched to room 307. the bathroom / shower was not as clean as it should have been. hand prints on the windows . room 107 / hallway smelled like a barn , I believe this is the pet friendly area, but the hallway was poor. - the breakfast offered is good, good coffee- good offerings. our second day- the cleaning staff didn't arrive till 3 pm - we had just returned - declined the service ( we asked for clean/ front desk @ 0930 hrs ).. it is a very good location for a visit to -SUN CITY.

This is actually a very nice Hampton! We have stayed at some lately that have been a little neglected. Staff here is always friendly and location is great! Rooms are always clean and beds comfy!

The rooms are not clean. They are not cleaned when you ask. They are not clean when you beg. Not clean when you tip, when you talk to the desk or the head of house keeping, multiple times. In fact she is threatening. It’s scary and sad. The upkeep of the property has gone down so much in the last 15 years we’ve stayed here. Don’t expect a clean room or staff to communicate with each other or help or respect for guest or Hilton honors members

Very nice place and a nice staff. A little pricey and we were very disappointed there was not a pool we could use, but the on line website said there was a pool. Good continental breakfast and nice staff.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Bathroom had a sewer smell. The price of the room would have been fairly reasonable had it not been for the bathroom smell. Room was cleaned well Thursday and Friday. Saturday it was cleaned very poorly.

This Hampton needs a face lift! Some rooms smelled like animals and we did not have one. Handicapped room had no soap, lotions, shampoo etc on wall like other rooms.

The room was large and spacious, almost to the point of feeling too open. However, perfect for a wheelchair to move around. Happy for the grab bars in the bathroom, but need 2 floor towels to keep the space from being a slippery floor.
