Rooms was small. There was no light stand next to the bed. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Beds were small but okay. Overall ok to just sleep for the night. No fridge or microwave.

The room looked just like the picture - nice!
The shower was only warm - not quite hot enough.
Butter was missing from the breakfast area.

Good hotel for sleeping after a long and hectic day. Close to the highway I was on heading to SFO. Parking free and a good breakfast. Would return if on the same area again in the future.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years. It was disappointing to see how run down the place has gotten
The furniture was peeling in our room, the refrigerator didn't work, the phone didn't work and there was only one cup for coffee and one of of coffee. I tried to ask the desk for more three times and gave up because the line was so long.
On the plus side, it was clean and quiet.
The neighborhood has gotten very rough. We won't be back

When I went to check in, they didn’t have any vacancies.
But hotels.com had taken my money off my card plus the the 9 bucks for the protection for my reservation but once again the hotel didn’t have any vacancy

Stayed for a week and for the price we payed for our stay was well worth it. Food options available within walking distance exceeded my expectations

The front desk clerk, younger gal, was extremely rude upon checking in. Acted as if my fiance and I were a bother when we walked in. Never welcomed us, greeted us, nothing! First words out of her mouth were “I needed your license and a credit or debit card” nothing after that she handed us our room key after running my debit card and that was it. Not let me know if you need anything, etc! Get to the room, it was clean and nice lay down to go to bed and the mattress was AWWWFUL!

There was a roach on the wall when we first went in, weird gross smell in the room that lasted all night i was sick to my stomach from smelling it, breakfast items not restocked and it was only halfway through their breakfast window

Even though online check in was completed, I had to wait for over an hour for my room to be ready for me. The manager and front desk was under trained, stressed with the line of
customers waiting in the lobby, and unprofessional with guests calling requesting room essentials, like soap bars missing in the rooms, missing luggage racks and desk chairs.

8/23/24 wait for two hour to check in because the internet doesn’t work. Gave the room 220 key doesn’t work. Got a new key and Went to room the bed never made and dirty. Gave new room 216 the coffee machine doesn’t work, no shampoo. Went to Breakfast at 7:30 am have to make your own waffles have three waffles machine and one was out of order. I don’t see any food left only cereal and coffee. Stayed there for two nights were horrible. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service. They had offered $20 discount back to bank. I’m not planning to go bather there again.

The room was rather small. It was clean and the ac worked. The tub faucet was a little tricky and leaked if not turned off exactly. The biggest issue was the semi's that come down the alley to the gas station and Denny's and unload in the early morning hours. Also the rooms are not very insulated against noise. We were on the first floor and could hear anyone returning to the hotel at any time. The staff was functional but not particularly friendly or out going in any capacity. We requested extra pillows through the check in process and did not get them. We specified that we had 3 adults traveling but only got 2 sets of towels. That was disappointing.

The hotel was off the freeway in a not highly desirable neighborhood. The staff was kind and the room appeared clean however I found a cockroach in my room before I left which was a bit unsettling. The bed was comfortable enough but pillows were not great - unable to sleep well.

The area around the hotel is overrun with homeless people and homeless camps. We did not feel safe in the area to stay with our family. We ended up not staying there and driving back an hour and a half to our previous area. The Mcdonalds had so many homeless people and its basically next door. The alley way is littered with all their stuff. We told my in laws that live around there thats where we were gonna be staying and they begged us to reconsider. I cant say anything about the hotel or rooms themselves since we didn't stay there but be very aware of the neighborhood.

We left a key in the room, when we asked for another we were told no but the securities key didn’t work so a new key was issued, never once was our identity checked so ANYONE could have gotten into our room. For the safety of our children we checked out a day early. We asked for a bathtub plug to bathe our children and were told it’s only in some rooms, luck of the draw… We haven’t received our deposit or our money for the last day we DID NOT stay.
