The reception and housecleaning were very serviceminded! Our room was nice and comfortable but I wonder a little about the interior decorators choice of wallpaper and lamp choice...

Lovely room tatsefully decorated and excellent bathroom with an amazing shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location for exploring Santander and would certainly stay here again.

I am not sure where this hotel got 4 stars it really is a 3 star at the most reminded me of my working days and using Holiday inn's around the country
Room was quite small and two very uncomfortable chairs to sit on, the breakfast was ok we did give it a miss on a couple of mornings, frankfurters and congealed egg was not nice to see, coffee was no better
The staff were nice so give them credit there.

I’ve stayed in other Vincci hotels and this was just as good as the others. Love the decor of the rooms and hotel. Hotel staff were nice and helpful.
Seaview rooms are worth it.

Not a good experience. The room has no AC as advertised. The bathroom ceiling has a hole, and when I asked for fixing, the maintenance guys never showed up.

The room was rather small but had a very comfortable queen-size bed and great pillows. We paid extra at check-in since we did not realize that the room we reserved looked out into a tiny interior courtyard. With the extra funds, our room had a beautiful view of the marina and bay. The bathroom had a rain shower which was great. It was well-equipped and provided all the essential amenities. Customer service was top-notch and the location was central to everything. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Santander.

Lovely hotel right on the waterfront overlooking the harbour - we were on the top floor looking away from the water with a little balcony which was an added bonus. The room was light and airy and spacious - we tried room service one night and were very impressed. The hotel is in a great location - take the ferry over to Somo if you get the chance - fantastic beaches.Hotel staff were very welcoming - would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful when checking in, they gave us a map of the area and highlighted the places we wanted to visit. There was a problem with the air-con during our visit, which meant we spent an uncomfortable night with little sleep, however when mentioning this, they re-imbursed us the cost of breakfast for the inconvenience. Overall a lovely hotel, very clean with a great shower and very close to the eating spots with lovely views over the harbour.

Don't understand why there are some bad comments. Highly recommend. Superb and friendly service. Parked in front of the hotel, speedy checked in. And then the concierge instructed us where the parking lot is, very convenient. Clean room. Great sea view of Santander. Very happy and will come back

Arriving by car on the busy road outside the hotel it is not obvious that there is a parking space just in front of the hotel where you can drop off bags. The hotel is fine and good value. My only slight complaint was that there is just one lift, so there was sometimes a wait, especially because of Covid restrictions on numbers in the lift at the same time.

We arrived by car and accidentally found the right parking garage and emerged within eight meters of the hotel door. We paid for an upgrade to a room with a view of the bay and were not sorry. It was very pretty. The hotel was clean, quiet, and located within walking distance of many of Santander’s sights. Dozens and dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. The Muelle museum is a nice walk along the waterfront. Overall very pleasant stay, and I will stay there again if I get the chance.

Very good Hotel, Lucia at the counter is beautiful person, all the staff are nice. The hotel is near to the restaurants, in front on the ocean, good breakfast, parking at 2 blocks.
