Wow - the service is amazing. 10/10 we had some trouble with the ac without any argument we was upgraded without any charges. That is service.
Amazing food and room.
The spa is also amazing!
Don’t hesitate to check it out!
The guy with 2 dogs.

All was good ,although if I want to be picky
Room are on the small side
Staff was friendly and helpful but probably understaff we have been refused dinner on Sunday evening because they were fully booked. A 5 star hotel should be able to propose some meal to his guests at any time. The Spa is quite small as well but has a very nice view.

The staff are very professional , friendly and attentive . I love it. The Michelin ⭐️Restaurant needs to have some more hours open, we were there 2 days and couldn’t eat at them

This is a beautiful chateau/winery with lovely rooms and a friendly staff. The grounds are spectacular. But the hotel is relatively new, so there is a gap between expectation and performance. We were delayed getting into our room until 4:30 because housekeeping was backed up due to a wedding the day before. The menu for the primary restaurant is quirky and the same for lunch and dinner - a disappointment. The staff were eager but seemed awkward and inexperienced. It was, after a late start, a nice stay.

Fantastic location, quiet and great views. Only negative is the road into the resort is very bumpy and full of potholes.

The location of the hotel was very beautiful. The restaurants were very nice!
The swimming pool was not very relais and chateaux!

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Amazing dinner. We loved our stay.
The room is well appointed. The staff are discreet and everything you would expect from a Relais & Chateaux. Very quirky location but highly recommend a night here for the dinner alone.

There’s a nice view over the lagune. Unfortunately the hotel is going through renovations and lots of stuff isn’t working. The pool is out of service. The phones in the room are spotty. The room service menu is limited and available only at specific times.

We stayed half board for a two day visit, everything was fantastic, staff are so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was first class, we were made to feel very special, especially by the young man who works behind the bar and in the restaurant, we will definitely be visiting again, but will stay longer next time, there are no negative comments at all.

A return visit - still first class

This hotel is ok. For sure not a 5 star hotel. It might have been 5 stars at one point but not really anymore. There is nothing particularity terrible with the hotel just should not be categorized as 5 star.

This hotel surprised us in every way. The first thing we noticed upon crossing the bridge to the small island in a lagoon was the uniquely beautiful locale. The real surprises unfolded once we entered the lobby. Wow! The lobby is a work of art in interior design. Check in was a breeze as we were greeted by the chief receptionist, Laetitia, and her assistant, Karen. They welcomed us in such a warm and hospitable manner.and at that point the general manager, Franck Laporte appeared like magic to welcome us as well to his gorgeous hotel. We were then quickly wisked to our deluxe room which truly will impress the most jaded travelers. The room was perfect with all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay and the best part were the views - stunning! After spending 6 weeks on the Cote dAzur, we finally felt the sense of being genuinely pampered. The entire staff is there to fulfill your every request. The food for breakfast and lunch was very good, but the best treat is definitely experienced during dinner at the restaurant LAlmandin, Chef de Cuisine, Christophe Schmidt, creates beautiful, fresh Mediterranean dishes that are a testament to the local food sources and flavors. As if all this was not enough, the entire top floor is occupied by the Carita Spa which sole purpose is to pamper and soothe you to a state of pure luxury! We will be returning to this gem of a hotel most definately very soon!

Food was excellent although there was a slight difficulty language problem understanding the accent of staff who described what the ever so slightly pretentious menu consisted of. However it was five star so maybe that is par for course but the food was excellent if slightly expensive.

Food was truly excellent, although obviously you pay for what you get. Fine wine list, again you pay for what you get. I could not not fault it at all.
We had a room upgrade. It was spotless with a lovely view.
It was a good location with proximity to beaches, marina and activities. Staff were excellent.
Very peaceful. Only criticism was that they piped unnecessary music outdoors sometimes in an otherwise peacefulblocation (although that is regretably the norm these days).

We had a special weekend away in perfect surroundings in a hotel where staff were exceptionally attentive. From our welcome during check in; throughout our 2 night stay, everything was geared to us having the best possible experience without feeling overwhelmed. We enjoyed a half board package and the excellent dining added to our stay. As it was January, we didn't make use of the outdoor pool although the additional rooftop heated pool was available.
The spa facilities were extensive.
The ambience of the hotel is very professional and yet relaxed for clients - without doubt, our stay was outstanding.
You do really need a car/taxi to access alternative entertainment outside the hotel, although for us, this was not an issue.

few days break in November . cannot fault the friendliness of the staff, food was fantastic but expensive. The safe in our room didn't work and they didn't fix it but otherwise thoroughly enjoyed the stay, right on the lagoon and lovely setting. there is not much else in the area was the only down side.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. However, more of a 4 star standard as opposed to 5 stars. Both the rooms and restaurant where over-priced in comparison to the quality and quantity that you get. WIth that said however, you cannot fault the location of the hotel or its services. Eg. Private Beach.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a friend meet us after the first night. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the rooms are all very good, with comfortable beds and soft deep pillows. Maybe a couple of finishing touches need to be addressed such as some sort of blind on the bathroom window in order to not be seen by the people in the villa type accommodation opposite. The wardrobe area in our room too had a few handles missing from the drawers, but as I said earlier I think it was in the later stages of refurb. However the staff made up for anything else as they were all very friendly and helpful.
The first night we ate in the restaurant and we were welcomed by the staff on arrival and taken to our table outside with a lovely view over the small harbour. We were given 3 pre starters which we thought a bit strange, one after the other, but later discovered that they are trying to create a fine dining experience for all to enjoy. We later met the chef who was very willing to please and said he would be happy to prepare anything we wanted. The manager looked after us well too and tries very hard to see all the guests over dinner to make sure they are happy.
Finally, just through the gate leading to the harbour there is a small beach with umbrella’s which would be ideal for adults and children alike and only about 20 metres from the hotel.
All in all a nice break with lovely views from our balcony and excellent staff.
