The first night we stayed in a king room with kitchenette and sofa bed. This did not fit our needs so then we moved to a regular double queen room for the remaining two nights of the stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find almost the same amenities in the smaller room, plus the second real bed. They had microwave, mini fridge, and tub shower as opposed to stall shower. The pool is awesome. Breakfast was a treat! I expected just cereal and bagels, but they had a waffle iron and a rotation of hot treats like scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, pre made omelets, bacon or sausage, i can’t remember all the options over the three days. Walking distance to Glen falls which was super family friendly. We didn’t use a stroller, but it’s a nice short walk and the falls are close to the entrance. The little downtown area is very cute and quaint, but much of it was closed by Sunday at 5. We went to dinner at steelbound several blocks away and the food was good.

We stayed here for two nights. In town for a Bills game. Great location. Easy Uber to game. Location of hotel is great. Right on Main Street. Easy walk for coffee, food, drinks, shopping. Will stay here again next year.

This is my second time staying at the Williamsville Hampton ,this facility is very clean and quiet .I had a suite with a fireplace and a sofa .Room was remarkably clean.No complaints at all ,excellent home away from home feel and the pool was a plus .Definitely my go to hotel when I’m visiting Buffalo from NYC.The free breakfast is a great added value as well.

Reception was fast, helpful, and fantastic. Breakfast was very nice, and the room was large, well laid-out, and clean. My only complaint - but it is a pretty big one - was the shower. Very, very low water pressure. It took a while just to get completely wet, much less to rinse out shampoo from my hair. The shower alone is going to force me to look for another hotel for my 20x per year travel to Buffalo

We usually stay closer to UB but they were booked so I was a little worried staying farther away, but it was easy to find and fast to get there from campus. We checked in late and left early so didnt get to check out too much, but check in was great and the employee was so friendly and welcoming after a long day. The room was clean, quiet, and we slept great. Had some coffee and a small snack in the A.M. which was great too. Area is so cute, lots of shops restaurants to enjoy. I will be staying here from now on!

Met my expectations for a Hampton Inn. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was varied a little bit everyday. Wish they had thicker towels and real half and half for in room coffee. Would stay here again next time I am in Williamsville.

The staff was friendly, but our roof had a leak and we requested room services for every day for our 4 night stay and only received a clean room once. Just made stay inconvenient when no towels trash can are all full and we ran out of toilet paper.
