Booked a jacuzzi suite and the tub was absolutely disgusting

Horrible, the room service came in our 4th day of stay, didn't even use the vacuum, when I told the front desk they said that vacuum is an optional service, I should have ask for it before!!
I asked to change the room after first night due to noise from refrigerator, but they told me all of the refrigerators in all rooms are noisy, unbelievable!

The receptionist was friendly and nice. However, I was disappointed when I entered our room as it was smelly and dusty 😬😝😖. I was scratching my body as the bed was itchy and had to take my allergy pill. There were stains in the bedding and in the washroom curtains. I didn’t enjoy my stay and I was sleepless 😖 I was so tired and regret booking that hotel.

The room was clean and beautiful! We had the jacuzzi tub room. We had a nice view in back aswell. Wasn't far from everything either. We didn't have the breakfast there woke up too late lol

Very run down motel. Not well maintained at all. Breakfast is mediocre but what’s worse is the staff wearing flip flops while prepping the food. Not to mention spoiled dairy creamers. Woke up to barking dog in next room. Never again.

Drapes shredded, dead plants outside. Floor in room soft like rotten. Air / heat did not work. Called guy came with new remote still did not work Bathroom sink not draining in morning. Women at desk not accommodating. Wanted two queens or king. She wanted to put elderly on second floor but then was willing to move us but to one queen bed. Sheets smelled not clean If this is written up with hi marks must be family writing it up. Another customer asked to see their room and women behind desk refused to show them.

We enjoyed the pool area for a couple of hours... beautiful and quiet. The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable! It is definitely dated on the outside, but you can tell they are working hard to update the rooms and the staff are very friendly. The tub/shower stall weren't the cleanest, but overall it was a good stay!

Our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions and they refuse to reimburse us. Really poor customer service and lack of consideration or professionalism. Very dissapointed. Definitely lost a client for life and anyone that I know i will share my experience with so that they reconsider booking a night at this location.

When we pulled up, the exterior of the property had us questioning our choice. However we were very pleased to see that the rooms had been recently renovated and were clean and serviceable.

Place is old and rundown despite renovations. Walls thin and could hear TV in next room. Breakfast only available till 9. We were late getting up and there at 5 to 9. Grabbed something but at 9 they turned off ligjts and basically hussliled you out. Would not stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and great. Our room was very tired. Grout very dirty in shower, window sheers were torn. Bathroom window had bugs and cobwebs everywhere. The carpet was stained and dirty. The entry door was very hard to open and close.
We have stayed at this location several times the last 25 years. 2 years ago room was mich better.
