The beds are super high up elevated too much..... my 87 yr old mom wasn't able to get into and outta bed without being helped

This was a horribly loud and inconsiderate hotel workers and they were laughing and making loud conversations right outside our room til 3 a

Check in was a disaster, for some reason their system kept declining my card when I had used it all day with no problem and used it after check in with no problem. Embarrassingly I had to ask the person I was with to put it on his card. They only gave two small towels to use for showering. The room was tidy but wasn't clean. The pictures make it look better than it actually was. I will not be staying here again.

If you’re just looking for a place to crash, this would be it. I wouldn’t spend much time in the hotel room as it wasn’t clean, outdated and nothing like the photos. Close to old town Temecula was the only positive.

The Staff was great, parking great, room dirty and not updated, fridge leaked, the bathroom ceiling was filthy, the bathroom sink was clogged and partying in many rooms spilling out to deck and smoking pot and i would never.stay again. Thanks

The property sits in the middle of Old Town Temecula very beautiful, but i wish the hotel would take some time to thoroughly clean the room. We found bugs and spider webs, dirty walls, coffee machine had never been clean. Sad to see such things about a hotel with such a good location.

Convenience of location. Too pricey for how unkept the room was. Dirt, hair, rust, finger prints all over the walls, hair dryer falling off of the wall.

We have stayed here many times. This is a well-run, clean, & very comfortable hotel. It is in Old Town Temecula, a short walk to restaurants & shops. The staff is friendly, & the price is quite reasonable & competitive.

The kleenex box was empty and I called to the front desk l asked about the Kleenex and she told me sorry we don’t have. And the guys upstairs make a lot of noise. Was terrible.

Lovely location, old town Temecula it's beautiful, the hotel doesn't have a jacuzzi but the pool is decent.
Not fanny, a little bit dusty, the high beds are no't the most comfortable, but in general the hotel its alright at a very good price.

No parking space when we came back from dinner. Staff told us to park in public place outside in the dark. It was very unsafe.

Gosh, $176 for a nightmare night in a Ghetto Motel as you have not seen it before.
The room stank like sewage... So badly that it hit us right in the face as soon as we opened the door.
The entire facility was dirty and filthy and shady. Drunk people falling all over the place. The check-in is behind bullet proof glass. Jesus. I had to stay for one night while traveling with our kids and I felt it was so unsave for my children and filthy and gross. I should have read the reviews first but it was a last minute booking. Gross. The ceilings are also filled with black mold and are caving in. I wish the health department would close these places down.

The room was dirty. You can tell they didn’t clean up some of the areas like the sink and the toilet. The table had ring marks and it had a musty smell

It was great they lady checked us in was nice. It’s just that all the phone plugs and one of the rooms that my daughter stayed in didn’t work. None of the chargers worked in my room. The toilet did not flush well at all. You had it like five times.

The hotel has an excellent location within Old Town and is easy to just walk to local restaurants and shops. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but, the exterior appearance of the building needs a lot of attention, basically a lift. Seems a little bit too expensive when you think of the appearance but at least it’s location is worth it.

The property was chosen due to it promote to local attractions and was not expecting five star but at least a clean room. Room smelled of cigarette smoke The floors were sticky and after a few moments of walking around bottom of feet were black from the unclean floor. The linens and pillows smelled of body odor to the point I just through the pillow of the bed and slept on mattress only. This particular night the hotel sold out so the front desk was closed and no attendant was available. This is horrible service. And if you expect parking in the hotel parking lot, get there early and don’t leave. The bars across the street are allowed to use the parking. What’s the point of the front desk giving you a paring ticket if they do not enforce. Won’t stay again

Great location, disappointing property, condition and overall maintenance was very poor.

Absolutely horrible. The room was dirty and management did not notify us of the bar across the street blasting music until 2:00 am. I made several attempts to call the front desk to relocate, but no answer. The following morning I asked for a discount on our $252/night room and management didn't offer any compensation for the horrible experience. While they cannot control nearby establishments, they can 1) keep clean rooms; 2) warn guests of the issue.
