Dirty and only two towels

The room was not even close to what the show on the web site I had requested ground floor because I can't do stairs room was a dump bare wires hanging I guess where the smoke detectors used to be showered head broken had a drug addict knocking on my door at 2:00 am but they did put out packages of coffee and gave you everything you need for a cup of coffee except a coffee machine

Other than no towel bar in the bathroom and the smoke alarm going off at 2:00 AM for no reason it was up to the price.

The man at the front desk was rude. The girls that were working front desk when I first checked in, wouldn’t even let me check in 30 minutes early! There was literally so many available rooms that they simply could have just put me in and they didn’t. I had to wait outside in 115 degree heat! There was a few roaches in our bathroom. The hotel is run down and outdated. I thought the pool would at least be a good feature especially since it was hot but it was so filthy with bugs all inside like they don’t even clean it. I had room service already knocking at my door 30 minutes before checkout. Oh yeah and if they come knocking asking if you need new towels, DONT GIVE IT TO THEM. They WILL NOT give you new towels. They will take yours, go to every other room at the hotel, wash all the towels, THEN bring you yours back hours later. So you’re left without towels. The only good things were: the bed was comfortable, conveniently being right next to a gas station for quick drinks/snacks and a few blocks down from restaurants.

Dirty sheets; other people’s hair on them and chip crumbs; no trash can; holes in pillows and pillowcases.

It need to be safe more

A great stay before I moved into my apartment. Close to freeway, close to my destination, has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and roomy. Just no working ice maker....

There were gang bangers prostitutes the door wouldnt open the manager gave us our money back

I slept in my clothes every night. Blood on the wall by toilet. Dead bugs on window. Mattress was stained and extremely dirty. Prostitution all over the place. By no means is this a safe place for traveler's, kids, families. JUST BAD!

AC was cold and water was appropriate temperature.

There was a pool of blood on the ground in the courtyard of the motel. Nobody thought to clean it up. Disgusting!

Area isn’t the best but the room was very clean with working appliances and amenities.

Technically, did not stay at this hotel because the pool closed 10 minutes after I would check in. The lady receptionist was very gracious and gave me a full refund. I return several hours later because I could not find any vacancies in the area to reclaim a room for my granddaughter and I to stay. It was around 11:30 PM and there was a male receptionist at the check-in window. Not only was he going to charge me $20 more for a room, which I agreed to pay. But then he would not accept my credit card and told me I could only use a debit card. The end result was my granddaughter and I slept in my car with the temperature over 100°. Kudos to the lady receptionist, the male can go to hell.

This stay was ok not the greatest the breakfast is ok but you can’t go get food and take it to your room they have that rule which is not good one guy died he his room

Horrible customer service. the manager and front desk was very rude also had terrible attitude. They will try charge you extra.

The room was horrible. Sheets stained. Mildew on the shower curtain. When i asked for another pillow the front desk said she did not have any.

Obviously their quality control on room cleaning is not very good. Bed cover had lots of lint and rooms didn't look like they were thoroughly cleaned. In the morning I found the guest before me had leftover food in microwave that wasn't cleaned by housekeeping. I tried to attach picture but probably because of my low review the app won't let me.

The rooms were smelly, dingy and in terrible condition. The blankets were thread bare. We checked out after 5 minutes of looking around the room.

The worst experience I ever had at a Hotel Blankets they were really dirty Shower towels dirty The room smells like a wet dog I had to get Lysol and air fresheners I will never stay in this Hotel again
