Horrible. I slept with the light on. On top of the covers. Because they refused to give me a full refund. There is one cleaning lady that is over worked and this hotel should be shut down.

When we got to the motel room to check in and got the key card went to 2nd floor and elevator was not very clean and it smelled bad. Got to the room and it was clean but bathroom faucet was very loosen, pillows were very uncomfortable. We ask for another pillow and the lady at the front desk said she has to ask manger and if there's any she will bring it up to us which she didn't. Breakfast didn't look good, orange juice was nasty. Didn't like the way you had to go up the hill to get there which is very dangerous. So we won't be booking there again. 1 time is enough for us, we will go somewhere else that's better and more cleaner.

People screaming at 10 at night. Floors were dirty. TV remotes didnt work so we only had 1 channel. Shower wasnt draining and we went to inform front desk and we were given a plunger to do it ourselves.

We came in late and our room hadn’t been cleaned. It was 11:00 pm so we just slept on top of the beds and left early. The shower had hair and soap scum, dirty plate left on the table. Really gross.

The stay was good. The rooms ac was working great. Ever clean and staff was very professional and friendly.

Rude cleaning lady

The bathroom floor was filthy. I wiped the corners to remove bugs and hair. I understand not washing towels and changing sheets daily but a ceramic floor shows dust and germs! Another issue was no closet! There was only multi colored knobs to hang clothes on! Even in the bathroom! The a/c wasn’t cooling even though it run all night at 65. The colorful stools in breakfast area were worn to dull gray . They need to be replaced ! The place looked remodeled on the outside but inside was unpleasant .

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The entrance was dirty the elevator was filthy and the room was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtain and stains on the pillows and sheets. The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. The bed was hard and pillows were lumpy. Definitely will never stay here again.

The shower head was GREAT. Towels were horrible; very rough & thin. Looked as if mascara was on all of towels. Ice maker was broken on 3rd floor. The entire place needed a good Vacuuming & mopping. Entrance was horrible as well as the exterior. The breakfast wasn’t much. All pastries were dry; not fresh. The Yougart was almost out of date. Staff was VERY nice. GREAT PRICE & SHOWER HEAD made up for it all. This was a one night stay!

Checked in and asked the lady if she change cards and the woman got mad that I did not book directly with them. The drink/snack machines are cash only. The bedding had some rips in it, but did smell clean. The side lamps, usb ports, alarm clocks and hotel phone did not work. Still had to pay the hotel an extra deposit fee upon arrival.

The check in was great. That was the best part. The room appeared to be fine at first glance, but as we went through it, we noticed it could have been cleaner. Soap chunks left in shower, substances on the curtain and the shower walls, the floor in the bathroom had gravel all over, and the floor towel was riddled with holes. Stains on the pillows as well. Tried to use the laundry and it made my clothes smell absolutely disgusting like stale mildew water. Tried to dry them at least and machine took my quarters and never worked. Other dryer said out of order. Tried to check out in the mor ing and no one was there, then realized that regular person sitting in the guest area was a worker when I said hello to the employee area. Didnt bother telling employee problems because he seemed more interested in his phone and I was bothering him. Overall it wasnt the worst stay but it was disappointing

I loved how close the hotel was to all surrounding areas. The outside of the hotel was alittle rundown but the inside is very nice and their was a few stains on the comforters.

This is an older facility with some updated features inside. Our room was redone with new carpet and bathroom shower. However vanity in bathroom barely had room for a toothbrush and brush. No tissues provided and no coffee pot in room. The toilet was not a comfortable height. Breakfast was minimal with packets of oatmeal, some bagels, bread and a pancake machine. No covers for the coffee containers. No closet. Some pegs protrude from the wall to hang things on. OK for a night if you’re traveling through.

First room- door would not close, remote did not work, no garbage bin in bathroom, two Light bulbs not working Second room Freezer compartment in fridge non existent, no shampoo, one small bar soap only Hole in floor covered by carpet Both rooms noisy because the windows are made of the the very cheapest thinnest pane of glass Hotel structure seemed flimsy, building shook when other guests slammed their door shut

Housekeeping working front desk. First assigned room had stains on the comforter. Called front desk and they were asking me if it looked like they cleaned the room. This is something they should know not ask the guests. Second room had hair on the walls in the shower and on the towels. Noisy all nite in the halls. Couldn’t wait to leave.

This hotel was very dirty and not taken care of, I would not stay again.

My stay was in Daphne Al for 2 nights. There was roaches in the bathroom, only one bath towel, a hand towel which was to be the mat in front of the tub/shower had holes in it and very worn, the two pillows on a queen bed was very uncomfortable and hard, there was constant noise - doors slamming, tv blaring, cell phones nonstop ringing, the stay was no sleep both nights. I doubt I will be returning.

The lady who checked me in was excellent, a range of people were already there, so very diverse. The bathroom was a little off and not as clean as I would have liked, a really big shower chair was available but it looked way to big to put in the bathtub/shower. All in all, just what I expected for the price, handy and easy for quick overnight visit.
