Lovely stay, very clean room and hotel. Quite a lot of noise as I had a city view but that can’t be helped. Would stay again if I had a room a bit further from the street.

It got off to a bad start when we didn't have hot water for a day. However, the response time was quick, and the plumber was knowledgeable and sorted the issues as timely as possible. If it wasn't for the kindness of the plumber, I would have complained more. However, it takes one person to turn something around.

I wanted to give a higher rating to your service, but I was a bit disappointed to see that there was no coffee, tea or kettle in the room. I usually like to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning before heading to breakfast, so it would be great to have that service available. Thanks for listening!

Only average, not 4* property or service.
Very few staff and hardly any guests on our visit. The lobby bar was closed; no restaurant service other than breakfast which was about acceptable.

This should be a 3 star hotel. There is no laundry, room service and minibar. No one was present to help with our luggages. The bathroom had molds. Breakfast is okay. You can barely sleep at night because of bars and restaurants in front of the hotel.

We stayed 1 night and it was average, the location is excellent in the middle of everything, but for what we paid i excepted more facilities and amenities like the mini bar in the room (only 2 btls of water, nothing else) there is no bathrobes and slippers, no kettle and no coffee machine, the tv is old, the decoration of the room is very basic, you feel like you are in an empty room. For 300€ per night we expected a little more than we found.

the hotel is nice, the rooms are not so big depending on the one you booked, i prefer the one with the balcony, the standard rooms are pretty small but its in a very good area, there is many restaurants around, bars, clubs and shopping

Was 2 bookings in the same property under different names by mistake. Zero help from staff or management to resolve despite trying to cancel one in advance and keep just the one other. Beautiful view but run down in every way with no bathroom amenities on site. Didnt stay at B51 but in Park Plaza Suites with all things bearing the B51 name so not even sure which to review. Attrociously bad experience and makes me question why I use Expedia, clearly not as trusting going forward. Booked thousands and thousands of dollars in travel and discarded to take my business elsewhere. Should be ashamed

This property seemed to offer so much but didn’t really deliver. It’s location is fantastic and can’t be faulted but the bar in the hotel didn’t appear to be open so not inviting like the photographs. The rooms appeared pretty basic and how shower when turned on went all over the floor. The room lacked personality but it was a very convenient hotel to the marina

A worn out hostel that has seen better days. Smelled f smoke in the first room so I asked for a another. Which they gave. Smelled funny in that room too. Breakfast was not great but did it’s work. Staff at front desk was nice! Situated really close to Puerto Banus. Otherwise not recommended.

This hotel is very clean, staff are polite and super helpful, there are few amenities but that is due to Covid, for location, cleanliness and a warm welcome this is a lovely hotel and I'll definitely return.

Literally on the doorstop of everything in Puerto Banus! Clean nice hotel! Provide more toiletries they only had hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and body milk.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very modern. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Be careful on room selection as our sea view room actually looked on to a night clud with a little sea to the far left!
We found the staff were not very helpful and check in was a bit of a disappointment.
The location of the hotel is more suited to those looking for the night clubbing culture of the area.

Photos doesn’t match the rooms. Bathroom were really dirty when we checked it. Everything was triple and disappointing expect the location.
