The rooms and property are amazing! We've stayed here twice now and have loved it both times. 😁 The gal at the front desk was a bit unfriendly, and unfortunately we got her both times actually. But other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort!

We loved this place. Check- in was friendly and easy. The room was large and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and roomy.
Althoigh we didnt get to use a lot of the amenities this trip, we loved the beach access, pools, workout room and the lovely property.
This will be our new go-to hotel when we are in the area.

No beachfront as was my understanding only a beach access at the far corner of the property. Had to take the trash out and put the dishes in the dishwasher. If I wanted to do housework I would stay home. Mold all over the terrace door and outdoor furniture, the inside furniture was also dirty. Very disa[pointing for the brand they advertise.

this is a one bedroom apartment at a nice resort with a number of amenities and beach access. Full kitchen and large bathroom with a walkin in shower. Very great area of Atlantic Beach

A friend and I stayed for a long weekend and had a nice time. It was a little dated, there was some rust buildup that prevented the balcony door from staying closed without the deadbolt that I assume had a little bit to do with the humidity and salt air, and the living room furniture was very stained. That being said, I still slept very well each night, we were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants, and it was very quiet. There was a great coffee shop near the Food Lion down the road. I will remember to communicate directly with hotels if I need anything in advance of a booking. I reached out to the hotel through hotels.com about a villa with two beds (instead of three), but they never replied and I don't know if they actually got my message.

I loved the area and the staff was phenomenal. The only thing I had an issue with was paying $9 a day to park. That was ridiculous.

All in all not to bad. But the Shocker was paying $9.00 a day to park their. If i would of know that I probably would not of stay. $63.00 Be looking somewhere different next time.

The Resort was amazing! We rented a villa, with 2 rooms and everyone in our group loved it! The pools are nice and it's close to the beach! The staff weren't too friendly, except one guy I heard helping someone else was super friendly. I wish I'd gotten him. The other 2 girls there, one of which who helped us, were not friendly. Oh well, the niceness of the property made up for their unfriendliness

Our unit was clean and the decor was appealing. The kitchen was equipped well for our cooking needs. The location was in close proximity of the lovely white sand beach and to the grocery store , shops and some dining. The property had many nice amenities and was well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.
Also, the nearby towns are quaint and there is much to enjoy and do.

My boyfriend & I stayed for 3 days and really enjoyed the resort! We especially liked the beach access & all the other amentities. The location was excellent and the staff was friendly too. The only critique is that the rooms were not that clean. The floors were pretty gross. They definitely do NOT mop them between guests. Other then that, we would highly recommend & would stay there again!

This was such a great place. It was clean, spacious enough for our family of 5, a great location and affordable. The full kitchen meant we could fix easy breakfasts and snacks without fussing to go out for every meal. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pools were well maintained too. We had a wonderful time!

Property was in a central location, but needs some maintenance work done. Paint was peeling on steps and concrete around pools needed to be repaired in several places. We booked the property as a hotel stay. We were asked to empty our own trash and towels were only available on certain days... not what we're used to when staying at a hotel.

This was our second year back and this location is so family friendly with lots of play space, multiple pools, short walk to the beautiful ocean and beach and clean, spacious rooms. The staff check in daily to see if you need anything to make your stay even better. Strongly feel it is a hidden gem!

It was a really nice villa the only thing was it was a little dusty behind bed frames, and on the ceiling fans. The bathroom in the bedroom had a musty odor.
Other than that it was nice.

We were down to visit with family. Unfortunately, Hurricane Debby also planned to visit the area so we were unable to visit the beach.

Our family had a great time during our stay at this resort. The accommodations were well above our expectations. It truly felt like we were staying in a nice, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. The grounds were well kept and you just could not beat the price for such close access to literally everything. Can not wait to stay here again.

First, the check in experience was a bit of a problem. I booked through Expedia and paid a deposit at least a month prior to our stay. After I informed those that checked me in I was told there was no record of this deposit and was told to contact Expedia. After calling customer assistance at Expedia, they contacted they contacted your facility and I was told that this was corrected and the correct charges were made. I will wait to see what is on my credit card statement to make sure that is correct. Next, rooms were to having working washer and dryer units. In our room, there was a sign on the dryer that said out of order. In our daughter and son in laws room neither washer or dryer worked. I was told to take our laundry to a central location to do our laundry. When I rent a unit at a facility that lists washer and dryer, I expect them to be in working order. Lastly, new this year was a daily fee. Needless to say, next year when we decide to spend time with family at Atlantic Beach we will explore an alternate locations.

Trip was disappointing. Room was not cleaned AT ALL when they gave us our keys. Used hygiene products, trash, unmade beds, etc. They eventually sent someone to clean the room with us in it. We were unable to get settled for awhile even after we checked in. A family who was staying in a unit next to ours apparently was not happy with having an interracial family near them or using the amenities. The staff never addressed the room issues with us. The housekeeping lady admitted that the room had not been assigned to anyone to be cleaned. When we finally left at our check out and made sure we stripped our beds, took out the trash, swept and mopped. We stay here at least once a year and after this Im not sure we will be staying again
We definitely felt like we were treated pretty badly. We took photos but the site isnt allowing us to upload them. How convenient.

I was supposed to check in by 4. Got there early, still didn’t get my room until 4:45. The Male desk clerk was rude, and didn’t know how to handle a touchy subject about the room! Also to have to pay for parking at a place you already PREPAID TO STAY IS A DUMB MOVE! There was never any person at security guard station! And outside people coming into an Establishment like that for party or whatever, and guests were not told ahead of time! Interrupted nice pool time with paying customers and took over and were loud and obnoxious. I will say also THE POOL WAS NOT CLEAN EACH MORNING. Bugs and dirt floating, outside pool
