Everything looks nice

I loved everything about my stay. It was very beautiful and nice and clean and very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Got in and got out. No problem. Enjoyed my stay would likely go back.

Well i stayed here last night and although the service was average and closer to where i work everything else had been top tier for me everything is within walking distance from the QuikTrip to the mexican restaurant across the parking lot.

I checked the bedding when we got in and there were stains on the sheets, blankets, and mattress when I asked for replacements I was told they couldn't give me new ones because housekeeping was no longer there. My husband went outside and the office attendant was taking pictures of our vehicle, which feels incredibly invasive. Signage in rooms and on doors states no smoking/vaping within 20 feet of the building, which would be out in the parking lot but when we were outside vaping by our car, we were told that we must be off property/in the grassy area 150ft away. There was a broken desk chair in our room. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was nice. Only thing that could’ve been better was a heavier blanket.

Big rooms if you have pets, nice clean large landscape for dogs

Going through the door with my suitcase rolling across the threshold, it popped out. I reported it after pushing it back in place. Looked like it needed longer screws to go into the cement foundation. I got the question how did that happen from management. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bed coverings had cigarette burns in them. They don’t make the bed you have to do it. The floors need to be swept, vacuum, and mopped because when you shower your feet prints are black in the tub. The shower puts out tepid to lukewarm water at best. The towels have holes in them. The dryer needs to be repaired or replaced, they have a rubber glove stuck in the vent so it won’t suck your clothes in it so it doesn’t dry clothes. The breakfast was cold cereal/milk, yogurt, egg disk on a paper towel, maybe muffins, cinnamon rolls, if you get there early. The orange juice was good. There is a QT gas station across the street and a good fast food Mexican restaurant right in front of the Econolodge. This is an older building that needs maintenance.

The staff were very nice. The room was fine, although a chair had some weird stains on it, and there were some short dark hairs in the shower and in the bedspread (we both have long blond and red hair) that probably came from housekeeping. We appreciated the mini fridge, but there was some leftover frozen fruit in the freezer from a previous guest. The breakfast was okay-yogurt, cereal, fruit, muffins. We stayed two nights, and our room was not cleaned. We we returned to the room that afternoon, and I went to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and they were very apologetic and offered to come clean the room. However I did decline the offer because at that point we were wanting to get ready for our evening activities. For the price, it was fine, and it was easy to get to all the Kansas City sites we wanted to with no issues.

Basic place to stay. In town for a softball tournament, and compared to other motels, the property was much cleaner and the personnel much more engaged. Will stay there again next year, no doubt.

Beds were clean and comfortable, there was an awful musty smell in bathroom. We used air fresheners. Friendly staff. Ok for the money

Blood stains on the sheets. Wall needs painted, looks like someone ripped a painting off of it. Front desk could be more welcoming. Won’t stay here again.
