The location is perfect with very walkable easy access to main sites of Sopot.

The hotel dominates the seafront in a positive manner. The rooms were large, clean and airy, whilst the bed was very comfortable. The reception and cleaning staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Family vacation, great location near the beach, we keep coming back. Hotel is a bit old but the service, food and place is great, including a separate beach lunch place, sun beds and great food.

I stayed at this hotel with my 9 year old daughter. At arrival we were upgraded to a luxury room facing the sea at no extra charge. This was not something I asked for but they offered it. As soon as we entered the hotel we could tell that this is something out of the ordinary. The hotel just radiates luxury and you feel extremely welcomed straight away. They have managed to keep the old touch and still keep it very well maintained. It's really a timeless feeling. The room was very spacious and relaxing. Large bathroom with a window facing the beach. The staff really make sure that you are happy and requests are swiftly taken care of. The breakfast was excellent and the table service really enhances the 5-star experience (there is buffet as well). The pool area was quite good and my daughter thought it was ok. Just a pity that children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna. They have an eye for detail which, in my opinion, signifies a real luxury hotel. For example, on arrival there was a bathrobe with slippers in my daugher's size on the bed. The concierge, Adrian, was just amazing! So professional and friendly. The bar staff too! We were here in april just before easter so I suppose it was low season. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and probably one of the best in Poland. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful building, awkward place to live. Need to walk up a long car ramp to get into the hotel, followed by a hard to push revolving door. Not a single door around the hotel can be opened by a guest key. The shower reaches up to my chest, so have to stand on my knees to shower. Outstanding gardens in the back. Beautiful beach.

Nice hotel for one night when you are passing Sopot. The room was very nice an the standard of the hotel is ok even if it maybe only is worth the money because of it’s history. The breakfast was great even if I don’t understand why they serve frozen butter and the strange idea to serve coffee at the table wrong time instead of having it available at the buffet. Also wonder why the gym at the hotel didn’t open before eight o’clock.

This is an very beautiful classic Belle Epoque hotel from 1927. It is located beautifully on a long white beach. It is an impressive hotel, and the staff is very attentive and nice.The only negative thing was that the air condition did not work well enough, so we had a couple of warm nights.

Im giving the hotel a 2 star. The second star is becaus of its majestic exterior, location and beach area. Some of the workers where very nice, but a few of the staff were realy unpolite and hostile. We traveled as a family with small kids and booked 2 rooms with breakfast on the same order, to make sure an issue with them splitting the rooms would not ocure. The adult room had to be changed due to us finding used chewing gum on the floor and bearded vultures crawling around.These creatures are some of the worst bugs you can bring back home and they are also verry hard to get rid of, so be aware if you visit this hotel. You dont want to bring these bugs back home. We noticed the staff and they changed our room. Bouth times the adult room and our kids room was on 2 different floors, something that was a bit hopeless with small children and a foreign country. We also had single beds instead og double beds, wich also was a disapointment when you book a double room. We liked the area, but will be without doubht be living in sheraton(next door) when we visit the next time. Tried to be fare with my rating and the majestic feeling the hotel gives from the outside is what pulls my review up a star. As a grand hotel, this did not in any way keep the same standard as other countrys we have vacated. We traveled with another family and our impression was verry simular. I usually dont write reviews for negative experiences, but all of us agreed that we should give this an honest feedbac

Hotel has an excellent location, very friendly ,professional staff. Delicious food at the restaurant. Hotel could be a little bit updated .But overall very pleasant experience.
