Not stayed there since being revamped, but disappointed as bathroom great bedroom furniture dated, was expecting full English breakfast but only offered continental.

It was an amazing night, we was made to feel welcome and the lady who was there at the bar at 2pm and agin at breakfast was amazing to us especially with the children

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Lovely room with fantastic view from the balcony. Comfy bed and decent bathroom & shower. Breakfast was minimal but good and could ask for other things at extra cost.

A really friendly hotel with very helpful staff. The bedroom was clean and a reasonable size. A couple of minor but annoying features. Firstly, the view of the tv (which is in the corner of the room) from the bed is partially obscured by the posts of the four poster bed. Second, the wall lights by the bed have been installed lopsidedly.

not so good, there could be more done with the rooms and decor around the hotel, more to point the rooms. Very Basic, bland, needs more colour, furniture and beds in particular need replacing. They done more in the bar area, which looks very modern and jazzy, to match it, there's not much. Sauna and Gym area are good. The service from Staff is very seldom, especially staff not caring there are fly problems around the hotel. Also, the food needs improving, quality check is required. The menu needs streamline and cut down. Far too much, which explains if they cook fresh. i would not knock it down completely there's always room for improvements.

The San Clu was good for sea view, walking distance from all pubs / clubs. Car parking. Breakfast was good and hotel clean. We have stayed before and will do again.

Arrived at 14.40 in heavy rain too be told at Reception that we were too early was a disheartening start. Flasks of coffee for breakfast was a disappointing throwback and problems with card entry system were irrritating. Everything else was good and our overall experience was good.

The staff are friendly and bar and breakfast area good and bathrooms have been recently refurbished well. But the hallway and rooms and furniture have not been touched since the 70s and single glazing means very loud in the wind . Also we had two rooms same price one was in the attic with slopped ceilings and limited space other was full size need different room pricing structure. Lift also took many minutes. Confused why rooms were not refurbished at the same time as the bathrooms . Living off past reputation and if want a good room saw the suites as door was open and look good and worth paying the extra for

We had a warm welcome but beyond that its very dated the free continental breakfast is by far the worse i have ever come across, you can pay extra for a full english, But cant charge to your room!

Only stayed for one night. Ramsgate is an area which hasn't really changed since I last visited 35 years ago, room was fine, bathroom very nice. Suitable for a couple of nights without any concerns.

Good hotel thecroom was clean but rear facing and noisy asxclise to the air con units. Continental breakfast was good and location handy firva walk to the town centre

Lovely place to stay, can’t get much closer to the seaside and very welcoming. Some of the furniture may be a little dated but it adds to the charm and doesn’t affect comfort at all!

It was a nice hotel to stay at, and great value for money. For me the stands out was the receptionist when booking in, didn’t catch the name but she was friendly and chatty both when checking in and leaving. And gave helpful tips to someone who wasn’t local as to how best make use of my time which I appreciated!

I spent a week in Ramsgate visiting my daughter and was pleased to stay at the Comfort Inn. Rooms were good but I will upgrade to a suite on the front for my next visit (ocean view!). Area was lovely. Right on the sea front and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Above all the staff were very kind and I sincerely appreciate them being flexible with my booking when they didn't have to. Thank You. Best choice in Ramsgate. Definitely plan to stay again.

Staff were pleasant, continental breakfast was ok. Room was generally clean and well maintained except for a dirty pillow case, and the grout & sealant around the shower, which needs some attention.

Well situated with a restaurant bar inside - cheap and good choice of beers. Staffs are very polite and helpful. I recommend!

We expected basic, and were pleasantly surprised. The sauna was a bonus, the gym well kitted out, the evening entertainment free and good fun. The continental breakfast was substantial enough to not need to purchase a cooked breakfast in either morning and staff were really helpful when our keycard wiped itself and provided us additional bottles of water when requested.

Welcoming stay. staff very friendly. Large comfortable bed but a tad warm in room, not sure why as heating not on. Great location.

During the winter season very few hotels are fully open in Ramsgate the comfort inn is very reasonable provides food seven days a week and there is a bar.A friendly helpful hotel.
