Santa Margarita is a beautiful city full of charm. Hotel Jolanda added to that charm. The hotel was perfect! Beautiful room. Beautiful breakfast and steps away from the main area. Beautiful Hotel.

I would like to start this review with ... I was in awe when we went inside our room, it felt like 5 stars hotel, the room seemed like a picture taken from a home decorating magazine, room was furnished with very good taste. In the morning we had petite dejeuner and I felt like being in a very expensive hotel, there was nothing to dislike about this property, in fact I highly recommend it when visiting Santa Margherita Ligure

This is mega friendly place, the staff is really making an effort for you to enjoy your stay. The breakfast was really good, and the staff as always around you making sure of your comfort.

It was a short 10 minute walk from the train station and close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was decent with many options. The cappucino was not great but otherwise good place as a base to get to Cinque Terre and Portofino.

Very comfortable hotel and one of the best we stayed in during a tour of Liguria. Cfortble rooms, some with balconies, nice outdoor patio and interior public space. One caution to travelers not with a group: the hotel’s attractive common areas make it a favorite of tour groups, these will overwhelm the hotel at times: you may walk a little farther but the two sister properties, particularly the Sant’Andrea, offer a more individual and caring experience.
We did not dine in the hotel, but those we spoke too gave the restaurant high marks

Its run by a wonderful family and treats its guests like family as well. Centrally located to all convenieces like train station. Their breakfasts had more delicious choices than anywhere Ive been and reasonably priced cocktails, outdoor dining, comfy lobby for relaxing

Good location in beautiful town of Santa Margherita. Streat is a bit noisy from very early hours. Ask for quiet room. Breakfast is good.

Was highly disappointed with this hotel. Would consider it more of a 2 star hotel than 3 star. Staff was not very helpful upon arrival. No one offered to help me to my room whicj is standard practice in hospitality. My safe was broken upon arrival. Room had no hot running water. Had to change rooms 3 times because of issues with the room. No one helped me move each time I had to move. They just handed me new keys and told me to move to the new room. Won’t be back to this place. Not a good stay.

Lovely little hotel in a super location - really central, yet very quiet! - in Santa Margherita. We stayed here a few years ago & it was great to go back. The service was as excellent as we remembered it. The breakfast is good (again super service) but not that extensive in terms of choice.

Service was great from start to finish! Hotel is very stylish and the rooms pleasant. Great to park outside and have the car moved to a secure space whilst we were there too. We’ll come again. Oh and the food was fabulous!

Hotel was clean with cozy atmosphere. Breakfast really nice Close to all restaurants and the beach, 5 minutes walking distance.
The staff and especially the front desk lady Marisa was very helpful. She gave us hints upon arrival and if it wasn’t for her we could be able to catch the ferry to go to Portofino

Our stay in the Hotel Jolanda truly exceeded all our expectations. For the price it is the best hotel we have stayed in Italy. Very well located, we were able to take short walks everywhere we wanted. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. But above all outstanding service of those who greeted us late at night when we arrived tired. Our room received tons of natural light and also had electric shutters to black out at night. The bathroom was new and super duper with white linens and Frette robes.

This was a return visit; twenty years later Jolanda was as teriffic as remembered! The staff were welcoming & helpful, the rooms were lovely and comfortable and the location is good for expoloring SML.

The Internet connection kept coming in and out. The hotel is located on the street with a lot of of traffic. So can't keep windows open, if you need quiet in order to sleep.

The staff was very helpful with everything we needed on where to park to how to get around. Breakfast was very nice and the rooms were so pretty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
