Loved the big spacious room. The park directly behind the hotel was nice

We were moved two times because the television did not have signals, and the rooms were not clean (tubs were dirty the carpets were wet. The worst Holiday Inn stay ever ( just dirty and nasty). We did not want to stand in the tub to take a shower.

The room was clean and ready for us. Service was excellent at the front desk.

I really tried to give this hotel a chance.The entrance looks nice and thats where it ends. The rooms are filthy. The crazy thing is I was willing to look past this and until the elavator broke down. The 2nd afternoon of our stay, the elavator broke down. If I was not traveling with my 84 year old grandmother, legally handicap grandmother, who had a double knee replacement and suffers from hip issues, i would careless. We ask when the elevator was going to be fixed as she was on the 3rd floor and we needed to leave for funeral services for my grandfather. We were told the elevator would be fixed by 7, which was not helpful to us because we had to leave by 5. We figured we could take our time to get her down the stairs and the elevator would be fixed by the time she got back. WRONG! Around 7:30/8PM that night I asked the guy at the front desk if there was anyway we could move her to the 1st floor since it was still broke and I explained she was hanicap and had a double knee replacment. He told me there were no rooms on the first floor but would call the general manger to get an update on the status of the elevator. My family kept my grandmother out as long as possible in hopes of the elevator getting fixed but they fixed it. So my grandmother slowly and painfully climbed the stairs. The next morning, Tammy, the morning front desk person, moved my grandmother to the 1st floor to a room THAT WAS AVAILABLE THE NIGHT BEFORE. Tammy was very helpful.

The staff was super friendly, our room was very clean, breakfast was amazing .

Super nice people. Totally booked up. I was not able to get my second room with 2 doubles but all beds are king so it worked out ok. No one was cramped. Breakfast was the best I had ever had. We travel monthly. Definitely keeping this one in my notes.

Dirty sheets. It is clear that that they did not change it from the prior guess. The next morning after sleeping on a chair inside the room as I left I saw the cleaning lady with the Cart carrying no sheets but just soaps and shampoos which clearly means that they do not change the sheets

We had a problem with shower drain they are in middle Of a remodel. They gave us another Room and everything was great!

The cleanliness and checkin was with a very nice person.

This is an older hotel but kept up pretty well. Room clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Easy self parking. Close to highway so there is some road noise. Breakfast was wonderful

All water in the Hotel is Brown w orange debris floating in it. So bad I questioned if even safe to shower in. Absolutely not drinking or brushing teeth with it! Hotel is very aware of it, as a sign about Brown water, is posted in the Elevator! Yet no, 0 bottle water is provided in the room!!

There was a half eaten apple on the floor in our room when we arrived.

my request on the first floor was ready for me when I arrived Clark helped me out and gave me some dining options and directions. Everything was clean and they had their Easter bunny tree up in the lobby which was nice for the young kids. Only problem we had was the microwave, but we brought what we needed to eat up down to the office and they took care of it for us, thank you Mike Page

Was not given an accessible room, even though I had specifically reserved one and let hotel know I would be arriving with a person using a walker and one in a wheel chair. The best they could do was a 1st floor room. We were in town for my father's funeral. Because the room only had a standard tub/shower I had to make a trip to go by bathing wipes, dry shampoo and such. Would I stay here again? Maybe

I love everthing about the property and the front desk lady made me feel welcome

Great stay for the night. It was quite and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast was good and we appreciate that you still serve breakfast.

Wr had a great night, it was just a stop on our way home from a trip to Georgia for the holidays.

Not noise in the room

The elevator was out of order for some of our stay. We were on the fourth floor (top floor) of the hotel. That was negative after returning to the room. Luckily it was repaired before checkout and we didn’t have to carry heavy luggage down 4 flights to check out. There was something going on with the water. It had a light brown tint which I didn’t notice until after drinking some to take a Tylenol. It tasted awful and when showering left a slick feeling on my skin. Pretty gross. The iron was defective and spewed water all over my clothes when I tried using it ( it looked as though it had been dropped). Didn’t try the breakfast but wanted coffee. Wasn’t happy to have to buy water to make my coffee to know it was clean. The room was decent otherwise.

Everything was good except the filthy wash cloth hanging over the shower Curtain. Bathtub was slow to drain.

Ceiling leaked on our bed and my bag . Expedia would not refund and property said they couldn’t because I booked through Expedia . Second bad experience with this hotel and no refund was given either time. The staff was super apologetic, and it was beyond their control. Disappointed in not even a refund for the incident.

Nice stay....bed is very comfortable. Quiet even though on highway. Nice little nature trail right outside of the pool area. Close to restaurants.

Good place to stay in Monroe La. Great breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. No problems!

The bathroom had missing drain on the tub, the floor was slippery. Overall the cleanliness was something to be desired.
