Brilliant hotel with a perfect location in the heart of Sopot. Breakfast selection was incredible and the room whilst small was very comfortable.

The AC was not working proberly for our room and my friends room. The alternative was to open the window, but that was not good due to a lot of notice from trains and people outside. So in general not so much sleep during the whole week.

Excellent. Beautifully restored building and tastefully decorated room. Cleanliness pristine. Very convenient short walk from Sopot Railway Station. Staff very courthouse and helpful. Nice breakfast in pleasant atrium or street terrace.
Rooms for improvement:
The shower cabin is really tiny.
A change of shower towels would have been nice after
night one but we didn't ask for one.
The male staff members' uniforms and grooming a bit too relaxed for a top notch hotel.

Big bottle of L’occitane shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are installed inside the shower booth - it’s nice. But both shampoo and shower gel were completely empty. When I realized it, my hair was all wet already. Immediately tried to contact the reception but the intercom in the bathroom doesn’t work and the phone in bedside is broken!
Need to call from my iPhone to hotel tel number, which I checked in Google. I cannot believe it’s 5 star hotel…

This property was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. The showers were a little on the small side. The staff was so willing to help us in any way and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and well worth it. Wish we would have stayed longer !

We were really disappointed that the hotels Breakfast on the Run was not available on our departure date (we had an early taxi booked) with the understanding that hot drinks, fruit and snack bars were provided on a table in reception for guests that needed breakfast earlier than the restaurant opened (e.g. 5-6:30am).

In the heart of beautiful Sopot at walking distance to the pier. Newly constructed but with a grand feel to it. Clean room, excellent wifi - no password hassle; friendly staff; a lovely bed and good shower.

This hotel was spotless and fresh. It was so convenient to the train station and also to the beach. Breakfast was fabulous and so was the breakfast room. Lots of choices to be had at breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Our stay was for four nights What amazed me most the staff in the hotel placed a Lindt chocolate bunny in our hotel room on Saturday for my son for Easter Sunday morning. ❤️ This was a beautiful gesture and something I will never forget.I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Five star all the way. We definitely be going back there. Thank you Hotel Rezydent for a fabulous stay .

We have booked this hotel for 3 nights.First we have received room on the 4th floor. The carpet was dirty so we went to reception and we were given room on the 3rd floor with balcony.Great upgrade with excellent view.Location of the hotel couldn’t be better.Highly recommend.
