This is a nice hotel in a great location just two blocks from the train station. Recommended.

Great hotel close to the main stion in Düsseldorf. Staff were really friendly and the check in process was extremely quick. Lots of dining opportunities close by and the the sights of Düsseldorf including the Altstadt are all easily walkable. You also get a free city ticket during your stay covering the whole VRR area, allowing you to use buses, trams and trains in the area.
I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

If you were looking to stay right next to the train station, this hotel is for you. It was a two minute walk, clean, welcoming, complimentary bottle of water in the room. Our bed had two duvets on it in case you are sharing a bed with your travel mate, but do not want to share the covers. I only saw the area around the bus station at night so I don't know what it's like during the day, but it looked a bit gritty. If you're staying in the city for a few days, you may want to be further away from the train station. But for convenience to the train station, it was perfect.

A bit dated quite probable the worst intercity that I have stayed in , ( normally the rooms are sound proofed these weren’t ) room was at the front of the hotel you could here the flag banging on the flag pole & every noise on the street !! The curtains were hanging off at both sides so didn’t black out either , all in all very disappointing

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. We had a room overlooking the street - quite noisy of a nighttime with trams passing by etc. Other than that a nice hotel

I stay here around 3 or 4 times a year due to location. It's very close to the main station with a tram stop right outside. The connections are great. Unfortunately, every time I stay it feels like I notice more issues. The rooms are in need of modernisation. The bed was rock hard and pillow the complete opposite. The room had not been hoovered properly, leaving peanuts under the desk and hairs in the bathroom.
However, The staff are always friendly and helpful and I can not fault them. Intercity just need to invest in this hotel!

Nice hotel in the city center, 5 min by foot from the train station. Hotel seems a bit old, but nice enough. Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpfull during my stay. My shower didnt work very well, so they gave me another and better room without any problems. Would book again next time because of location.

I was hosted in the hotel for three nights with my wife, everything went really well. Location is pretty good, close to the downtown and many touristic spots and also to the Dusseldorf Hbf (central station) so it is really easy to get there.
Bed was confortable and the room big enough to feel good.

The hotel fulfilled my ecspectations - I´ve stayed several times before. A very centrally placed hotel, very convenient if arriving at DUS hbf. Decent rooms at a fair price. As always, a ticket for local transport included in the price - very good. Not so good though was that I had to apply for a special membership to the ticket. This meant that checking-in was rather complicated - not amused by this.

Good location but the house keeping was terrible. They not clean the bathroom and left the hair in tub withoit clean. Pilllow had stain and standard room dont have pot and coffee set. Most terrible was i bought fruits put on desk in early morning then out and disappeared few pcs while back to the room in the evening. It makes me alert even possible other stuffs also missing .

Emplacement parfait à côté de la gare et des transports en commun. Chambre propre, fonctionnelle et calme (sur l'arrière). Quelques marginaux autour de la gare le soir mais pas agressifs.

Zentral gelegens Hotel mit freundlichem Personal am Empfang.Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßige- wenn auch der gebuchte Stadtblick eigentlich ein Innenhof war...Besonderer Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall der Kühlschrank und das Mineralwasser.Verbessungswürdig ist der hohe Duscheinstieg. Gerade beim Verlassen der Dusche gibt es keine Haltemöglichkeit und selbst jungen Gästen könnte ein Sturz zum Verhängnis werden...
