Our stay was amazing we have stayed here before but every experience that we get after every new state is just better than the one before the staff is always on point and on top of whatever it is you need in any request and always making sure they welcome you and make you feel right at home thanks to everyone up there in the front desk to the maintenance team to the housekeeping team thanks Motel 6 keep up the great work

Broken ac room was hot

A couple of hours before I was due to check in, the motel called me and said that none of their rooms had air conditioning, it was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They gave me 20% off to stay there. The front desk, when I arrived, said that that building had working AC, but not the building they put me in, and they refused to let me go to the building they had working AC.
After I begged them, they finally at least gave me a small refrigerator so I could have cold drinks to make my stay somewhat bearable. They eventually sent up a box fan to help get air flowing, as despite what the front desk told me, the room was horribly stuffy and hot. However, when I was trying to adjust the fan in the window, it fell like 2 feet to the floor, and it was so cheap and poorly made, one of the blades snapped. I eventually got it to work right, at least.
My last morning there, I went to the bathroom. As I was using the toilet, 2 cockroaches ran into the open and just started chilling there. I told the front desk, and they did say they would give me an extra 20% off. However, they were surprised that when I checked in, I wasn't offered a room in the section with working AC, which indicates that the AC hasn't been working for a while before I got there, and that they had lied about no rooms with AC being available.
I am highly unlikely to go there again if they don't do something to make things right. I am aghast at their treatment of their customers.

I stay here all the time I love it the staff is great it's super clean it's around all the good food to eat not far from the freeway a very great place to stay

The AC was off all night, leading to us have to sleep with the window open. It was just three young girls and we felt unsafe all night. We didn’t hear about the AC issue until 11pm when we came to check in. Front desk was very kind about it but definitely ruined the night.

Nice room clean smells good but the bathroom was ok . I though I booked a motel with a bath in it turn out it was a shower head only . No refrigerator No microwave in the bedroom either But I’m a tell you this we love the pool only that it was closed for a week that’s what they told us so we couldn’t even get in the pool that was upside down too. Overall I like the area where she’ll go to sleep neighbors and kids were not making no they weren’t fighting I can see it’s a pretty good place to be at the just need to fix some stuff and get the pool fixed quick too.

The location was very convenient, it felt centrally located. The noise was a problem for my family, the walls seemed thin and the traffic was loud. The shower was very small, however the room was very clean and it was easy to get new towels as needed.

The property is big and looks decent from the outside. My room was dirty smelled and the Air Conditioner did not work. Water leaked from the toilet and roof causing all my luggage to get wet. Horrible customer service front desk refused to change rooms once I called to let them know my ax was not working. Not worth my money. Worst place ever. There are more motel six around the area try something else not this one.

They lit a match in my non smoking room while i was gone. I'm the only one in and out of that room. I went to let the front desk know. They said that im the only in the room and my room is non smoking but the other rooms around are smoking rooms (that made no sense when she said that). i got to choose my room i so i don't understand why there's a match in my room and it smelled smokey. I had already called the police and let them know what happened.

The service was great. Greeted by a very nice receptionist who made us feel welcome. Room was very clean. We also got a very quiet room in the middle of the hotel complex. It’s located in a very nice area of Stanton. Good tv service and good wifi connection too.

The service side was great we got there before check in and they let us keep our bags there while we went to Disney for the day. But that was about it for the good parts. First the area is sketchy we did not feel safe outside. The door wouldn’t all the way shut. The sheets and comforter were super thin and almost felt wet. They only give you one flat pillow per person for a queen size bed and the bed was hard. The shower is tiny, I’m 115lbs and it was tiny for me. There was hair in the shower when we got there lastly the towels were tiny too. I think they are meant for children again I’m 115lbs 5’4” and they barely covered me. Next time I will spend a little more for the basics. I understand you get what you paid for but this was the bare minimum.

For some odd reason, they had a lot of trouble getting the keycards to work. They gave me 3 cards but when I got to my room, none of them would open the door. They sent a maintenance man with 3 more cards and one of them worked, however you would still need to use it 5-10 times in order for it to work and open the door. It's very inconvenient. Not sure if they need a new card machine or what, but it makes it really difficult when you can't get into your room and have to go back to the office all the time. OF course they blame the customer and say to keep the cards away from your other cards because the magnetic fields interfere. But in general the staff is nice and tries hard to make things right.

Our stay was enjoyable! This is our second stay at Motel 6, and it has been good both times. Honestly, if you are looking for a place to crash for the night, this is probably the best choice. Depending on the room, it can get really quiet at night and hectic in the mornings because of all the traffic on the road next door. Was clean when we arrived and it felt generally clean all throughout our stay!

The staff was really nice. My flight from Asia was delayed 12 hours, so their computer automatically cancelled my reservation, but they managed to find a new reservation for me.

Hotel was in a convinient location from Disneyland about a 12 mile drive, 45 minite to Universal. Some minor details in cleanliness, but its enough for staying a few nights. Breakfast is not included, but they had free coffee from 6-10 and a Jack in the Box is like 3 minutes walking distance. Staff was courteous enough to give a check in call prior to arriving to your room. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, we took our own just in case so no issues with that. If by any chance you need a shampoo it can be purchased at the vending machine inside the lobby at around 1.25, just purchase one at a dollar store for that price. AC was not that cool but did its job for the weather we had during our stay. You need your ID to check in or extend your night if you don't have an ID they won't check you in even if its paid just an FYI.

They do have bugs in the rooms, hides unders TV(disgusting), I booked a room for 3 people and they only stocked the room with towels enough for 2 people, when i called the fro t desk they saud they didn't have any towels!? Bed was comfy, bring your own towel and pillowcase.

The hotel was okay. I had made reservations for a 1 king size bed and got two twin size instead that really was inconvenient and the beds weren’t comfy at all thank god I brought my own pillow that saved it. It was clean and house keeping came the next day (we stayed two nights to go to Disney)

My previous stays here were good; this time, the AC in my room wasn’t working properly eventho it was on all the time. In fact, the room felt humid!
I notified the front desk when I first arrived but I don’t think it was fixed & I had to stay for about a week!

The front desk was so nice and very quick with check in. Lots of parking which is great. There’s also a lot of shopping centers and restaurants around the hotel which is a plus. The room is small but it’s convenient for our short stay. The room does not come with shampoo/body wash, fridges or a safe box. It did get loud a little at night for max 1 hour or so, noticed it was families coming back from near by parks and adjusting back to their rooms, which was fine and understandable but something to note if you’re thinking of staying here. Once it hit 9-10pm and throughout the night it was pretty quiet. Would stay here again 👍
