I unfortunately experienced a bad stay, there was roaches the first day I walked and the remainder of my stay, I woke up to my back squishing roaches in my bed.

Great place if you just need a place to crash for a night or two. Staff was super friendly.

Been here before but this time there was alot of roaches in room. Also wall are really thin so between people arguing outside or house keeping cart rolling by it tends to be loud at times

Room was infested with roaches. Roches were crawling on bed. Asked for a refund and she pointed at the sign that said no refunds. I told her to call the manager because there was no way i was sleeping with roaches and they were going to give my money back. She called and they refunded me.

I did reservations and I had to wait on a roomthat i booked the night before the room they put me in the people upstairs kept stomping walking hard children was loud i just didn't get to enjoy myself

Was pretty decent for the price. Also i arrived into Bmnt several hours earlier than check-in time, stopped at motel 1st (via Uber) to attempt to atleast drop my baggage off, so i didnt have to take it to a local hospital (for a visit). Had to wait about 30 mins for them to clean the room and was allowed to go ahead and check-in 2.5 hours prior to scheduled check-in.

This room was not well kept.. cigarette burns on counters and dressers and BED COVERS .. the curtains was cut with big openings.. broken soap dish in tub

These rooms are a tear down, they stink the restrooms are filthy, the shower head alone is full of gunk which is not suitable to actually shower. Rooms smell like straight must and dirtiness. The restroom door is literally sawed off on the edge just so the door can shut. I can go on and on about the conditions of this motel. We were only there for work and trying to save a few bucks but it's totally not worth it at all. I've never seen such conditions in a hotel.

We chose to stay up front and smoked outside. The jet tubs and quiet neighbors made all the difference. Very friendly and unobtrusive employees. Extremely accommodating beautiful room with a wonderful bed and plenty of pillows! Our home away from home. We love it! J&J

I reported roaches in my room and they never did anything about it. I had to spray the room my self.

Nice and quiet. They need to upgrade their showers. Also, they need new towels. Those towels were more brown than white. Most important thing is the smoker customers, the hotel should have a smoke plaace for them. They smoke outside their room and all the cigarette smell goes to the rooms

It was cold and humid. A/C worked but not effective in the far side where the restroom was. The flooring was dark patterned tile and sticky with humidity. TV remote didn't work. The shower was excellent with great pressure but too much water was wasted. The bed was good. The building was dirty

You definitely get what you pay for. There was mold on the curtains and on the AC unit, there were stains on the "clean" towels, there was still food on the floor from the previous people who stayed, ice machines didn't work, the bathroom outlets didn't work, room smelled heavily of cigarettes, bathroom had peeling paint on the floor of the tub. The only decent thing was the location.
