The stay was ok, i gave ut 3 stars because of the guy who was the housekeeper. He was very nice and helpful. The night shift guy who checked ne in was the rudest person ive had the displeasure of interacting with in 20 years. He has absolute no customer service skills at all. Perhaps he should find another type of job because he doesn't like what he is doing.

Decent property, easy access to highways for travelers. Elevator was sketchy and the place reeked of food that I’m sure was not cooked there.

From the moment I checked in I felt very welcomed by most of the staff and even was able to check-in. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at the hotel and within the surrounding area! House-keeping was very attentive and always made sure I had what I needed. I had two run-in with a staff member that left a weird/uncomfortable feeling in my stomach. First one: I had come back in the early hours of the morning after a night out. I scanned my card at the lobby doors to allow me in, where I then proceeded to the elevator. As I was waiting the older gentleman working the front desk asked me for my name and room number, I guess my reply for my room# had sounded like a question, he said “I’m not sure, I'm asking you” I said “well yes xxx is my room number” not sure why this mattered as I clearly had a valid key to get through the doors in the first place. The second time with the same older gentleman, I again arrived back in the earlier hours of the morning. I had a guest staying overnight with me and I was told to report all vehicles to the front desk that will be there overnight to prevent possibility of being towed so I did. The same older gentlemen brushed it off and said I didn’t have to report it, then I said “at check-in I was told to do this” all of a sudden his demeanor changed, he took the second vehicle info then thanked me for being responsible… not sure why but just got an odd vibe. Only other issue is was the pool not being the most clear/well kept up on.

Disappointing Stay at Motel 6 **Rating: 2 out of 5 stars** I recently stayed at a Motel 6 and found the experience to be quite disappointing. While the room itself was nice and relatively clean, the overall cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. One of the most unpleasant aspects of my stay was the persistent stench in the hallways. The overpowering incense smell at the front desk was also off-putting, although thankfully, it did not permeate into my room. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and accommodating, which was a redeeming quality. However, considering the cost, I've stayed in much cleaner hotels for less money. The pervasive stench throughout the hallways was the main reason for my poor review. I hope the management addresses these issues soon.

Super excited to see clean and fresh rooms. We made a road trip from California to Miami, FL passed 6 states and have 4 nights reservation from Hotels. com. Texas motel was equally great to the Hotel we stayed in New Mexico and California.

Was good only complaint is that the vending machines did not take debit card

Nice hotel for a one night stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only issues I had were a pile of dog hair on the floor, which isn’t surprising since this is a pet free hotel and may have just been overlooked. Also, there was some questionable stains on the wall And the adjoining door to the next room. The biggest issue I had were the amount of gnats that were in the room and coming from somewhere in the bathroom.

Upon checking in, I could already smell weed. I didn’t like that for my young daughter. The service was quick and it was an easy check in. The room was small but fine. The walls had mystery yellow and brown splotches. The tv had lots of channels, but most were audio only. The remote wouldn’t let me use the sleep or cc functions. The bathroom was fine. It was an ok stay for our family, just a little dirty and smelly from other guests.

Always greeted and welcomed by the front desk representative. He is the reason we come back! Staff also watches parking lot and is intentional about keeping the area safe.

Impressed with the cleanliness in common area and with the quiet! Very quiet outside noise, be it in hallways or exterior of building. I stayed 5 nights with my dogs. The staff was very cordial. For the price- I was extremely satisfied.

The doors let in a lot of noise from the hall way. You can hear every conversation. Room was clean and price was great.

We stayed for one night and got an early check in due to playing in a local softball tournament. When we got back to the hotel around 2:30 AM we both showered and I noticed there was rain water coming thru the window sill. We went to the front desk and told the night shift worker and he said let me see. Where he proceeded to follow us to our room. He said there was nothing to do and water being on the floor and coming in thru the window wasn’t affecting our sleep and we asked if we could just get our money back to go to a different hotel and he said he couldn’t do so, but he “might” have another room. We followed him there and the window in that room did the same thing but not as much as the first one. We said I guess we will take it and we just wanted the business to know that us along with 4 other rooms our friends were staying in are having this issue. I understand people may not always report these issues and you don’t always have rain but we paid a lot of money to stay at a hotel to keep out of stormy weather. This issue needs to be resolved and room 101 and 203 and some other rooms need to not be rented out to guests if the issue is not fixed.

Noisy, guests talking all night out in the hall. Furniture or something being moved upstairs throughout the night. No amenities what so ever. No place to put suitcases, no washcloth, no tissues.

It was clean, and the facility itself was fairly updated. The bedding was sub-par, and the TVs could use an update.

Easy check-in and staff were friendly. Impressive for a Motel 6. The TV in the room was small and being on the bottom floor made it so that we could hear the people above us. Overall, I would recommend it if you needed a clean night stay as you were passing through town.

When I checked in I was very pleased with the room. It was clean and comfortable. Since I was going to be there several days days I asked that they not service my room every day. This request was disregarded. Housekeeping came into my room every and left clean towels which I did not need. They did not clean the toilet or sink at all while I was there which left me feeling that since they did not honor my request to not have daily service they should have cleaned as well as leave towels. The one day I didn't pull up the sheets on the bed housekeeping pulled them up but left a pillow under the sheets which to me felt rude and lazy. Overall the room was nice but I felt disrespected by the staff.

One of the best motel sixes I’ve stayed within the area. Staff is kind and courteous and seems to go above and beyond for the Guest. This is one of my top places to stay while traveling for work and great pricing too.

It was basically a business trip which help to be closer to the area where we were working and avoid traffic jams

Staff were excellent, very accommodating! Room was cleaned daily. For the price it was very very good, would definitely stay there again

We arrived early. Early check in was not available. They were short on cleaning staff that day. The reception staff were very apologetic and did what they could to get us in our room as soon as possible. Great motel. Clean and guiet. Beds great.
