The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. My room didn't have AC so it was quite hot when the temperature was around 30 . The pedestal fan was very helpful but not enogh. Overall I liked the place.

Very near everything, food, shoping and more! Very convenient parking, 8 EUR per day, but no other possibility on the street near the hotel!

The hotel has a good location close to the train station. You can reach the historic center with a 15min walk.
The room was confortable and clean when we arrived. It is an apart-hotel with room service once a week. It has a well equiped kitchen, so we could buy some food and sometimes eat dinner there. This was good when the evening was cold and we had already walked a lot during the day. We also prepared our breakfast, but one may also pay a breakfast of the hotel (I do not know how it is).
The only problem we had was the lack of hot water after 9:30PM in the second day of our stay. There was no one at the reception at that time and I did not find any phone number to call in such an emergency (but someone told me in the other day that this number is written in some wall of the reception).
Despite this problem, I think it was a good place to stay for 4 days to explore the Loire valley, which was our aim.

I've arrived at the hotel on SAT at 11:30 and found no staff. We had to carry our luggage back to tourist information and asked for help. We've booked for long. Why didn't the hotel just let us know in advance that no reception on that day and Sunday as well. Actually, it was working hour when we arrive. Do you know how I feel, we are foreigners, couldn't speak french, no telephone. I had to deposit luggage at bike shop, while waiting for room key from that safe.
Room condition: OK but bathroom is old and not clean.
No daily cleaning & towel changing.
Beside, we couldn't get in to hotel after 8 PM coz no one tell me what is front door code. We had to wait and got in with other.
This is not suppose to be a hotel!!

Slight problem, you had to lift to get to the four floor where my room was, one lift to the second floor and then another lift to the fourth floor, my room number was 447, however I only stayed for 3nts and not 5 because I had to see friends, so I left on the friday, I found it the lift business confusing and tiring going up and down in a day as both lift were not close to each other and would get annoying if I stayed any longer, I really like the place but I would not want to experience that again as I suddenly thought of also getting stuck in the lift and no one would know if it was late at night, as I said I really like the place but not my room location as I did get lost in the building at one point, I would not choose to stay for a long duration unless it was a different room.

Check in was a nightmare as we did not have the information that reception is closed on Sunday. We did not have the code for the key box and had to wait for a fellow guest to appear and help. The location was by the railway station, very central. Half the building is student accommodation. The studio was big, the linen good but the appearance was shabby and things like the shutters did not work: they were half closed so we had to stoop down to access the balcony. The receptionist was very helpful and parking was secure. It was not as pictured on the website and we would not stay there again.

Clean and functional. All facilities include TV, cooking hob, microwave and fridge. Toilet with sink and shower with towels etc. Generally a welcome reception who will help if required. Good place to visit Tours and the surrounding area-which I recommend.

The room was much larger than expected and even included a microwave, fridge, and large work desk. The WiFi was the fastest we had experienced throughout our two-week tour of France. The reception hours were very limited; we arrived after 8pm and had to receive instructions to check-in ourselves. The instructions, however, were clear and we didn't have any trouble.

Hotel is a 2-minute-walk to the railway-station and also very close to restaurants. When you arrive after 8 pm or on sundays you have to inform the hotel in advance to get the code to open the front door and to get your room-key. We didn't get a mail, so we had to phone the reservationnumer. Somebody came within 10 minutes. It is an aparthotel with kitchen, fridge, microwave, TV.

Extremely basic place to stay. Although we often book budget hotel when travelling and staying overnight, we wouldn't use it again or recommend it. It is central, near the station, there is plenty of parking spaces in the street and also a private parking for a €6 supplement. The reception closes at 8pm. We had to take 2 separate lifts to get to the 4th floor. There is no air con and it was extremely hot. Blinds, net curtains, corridors were dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. This was a bad choice, we should have booked another place as there is a lot of choice of budget hotels in Tours.

We booked this hotel, however, never actually got to stay there. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to check in and the building was locked and no reception/staff were present. We borrowed someones phone to ring the number that hotels.com provided and there was no answer. We ended up having to stay elsewhere. We went in the following day and the staff were extremely rude and just asked us why we didn't check in. They refused us and hotels.com a refund.

Overall the self contained apartment had everything we needed for a one night stay. We utilised the kitchen and made a meal, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet as well and located very close to the train station. It should be noted that if you want to leave your luggage the day before or after the staff close the reception from 12-2pm.

extremely close to train station, condition of hotel is acceptable, just had a not-too-comfortable sofa bed in the room, note also that the reception is closed after, I believe, 8pm.

A very nice place, great sized room and little kitchen was handy.

This residence hotel is in a working class neighborhood next to a busy cinema with much traffic -- both auto and pedestrian, due to the cinema.
Room door must be opened from within by a key which is a dangerous exit. The downstairs reception desk was unmanned for the entire weekend though a phone number was briefly mentioned. No information was supplied regarding breakfast.
