We enjoyed a lot our stay at Atrium hotel. Everything was excellent, from a very kind and professional staff to amazing and comfortable facilities. A real home away from home!

Perfect location, near main train and bus stations and old town. No street traffic and was very quiet at night. Felt safe to walk around at night time. Breakfast was excellent (warm sausages and eggs. Bread with different cheeses, vegetables, cold cuts etc. Sweet stuff too. Juices, jogurts and many coffees). One night we went to eat in the restaurant and it was very good also. Room was renovated. Bed comfortable and good air condition. Shower pressure very good but the sewer were blocked so could not keep water running long. The bathroom did not have any hooks. The fridge did not cool at all, told the reception and they said they would fix it but it still did not work. Self service laundry place about 200m away.

Small and cozy hotel, with a fantastic restaurant, which is a bit of a hidden gem. At least there weren't very many guests. But they made fantastic food, at reasonable prices.

Room was really nice , had a safe and fridge, all so really good air con. Bathroom had a roll top bath but no shower. Reception staff were really friendly but the breakfast staff were not ,some were wearing ear phones , the location is really good 5 minute walk to main square. Really enjoyed our stay ghere

Great location for Krakow old town, all within walking distance. The welcome was friendly and all the staff were happy and helpful. The bar, we used but only had breakfast n the restaurant that was good and expect other meals would also be good. The room and bathroom were very nice, clean and spacious. We had arranged airport transfers via the staff and this was also very good. We would return again.

The location is absolutely splendid, just outside the Old town. The room was spacious enough, a really good bed and daily cleaning. The only minus was the breakfast buffet that was ok, but should be varied somewhat between the days. Our third and fourth breakfast with exactly the same things wasn´t that fun ;-)

Just a quick visit to Krakow which has a lovely old town! Food was good in the restaurant as was the breakfast!

The Atrium is a wonderful hotel with brilliant staff who are so friendly and helpful. Paulina on reception is an absolute gem! Rooms are cosy and comfortable and breakfast is excellent. Location is perfect - a ten minute walk from the splendours of Krakow Old Town and in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this hotel was perfect. 5 mins walk to the main square in the old town. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Staff were freindly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Buffet breakfast was good and there were subtle changes every day.
The bar closed quite early, but that was probably due to demand.

Lovely stay at Hotel Atrium for 4 nights in April. Good central location about 5-10 min walk to Old Town Main Square & well located for public transport.
Booked a deluxe room which was lovely. Comfy bed & good sized bathroom
Warm welcome from the staff who were very helpful both before & during our stay.
Breakfast was good and food was replenished quickly. Unfortunately during our stay the hotel restaurant was closed. I'm sure we would have eaten here had it been open. Nice bar area too.

Overall a great stay & would highly recommend. We would certainly stay here again if we came back to Krakow

Clean hotel, situated a short walk into the old town.
Good selection for breakfast ( dont expect a full English). All the staff friendly and very helpful.
No milk in the room but if you ask the bar staff they will give you plenty on a regular basis, the same for extra coffee sachets

I had a really good stay in their premium apartment. Super good service and clean room. It would have been nice with bath robes but overall a really good experience. Location is super good.

The closeness to the main Kraków attractions were very close and that was my main objective. Also surprisingly there was an AC in the room that I was not expecting to have. That was a huge plus on a hot summer's day in Poland.

Overall excellent, the only couple of improvements I’d recommend are an additional coffee machine in the breakfast area, and a bit more choice of beers at the bar (only wheat beer available which is not to everyone’s taste).

Very nice hotel in the centre of the Krakow. Friendly staff , good breakfast .
On the downside is hotel’s car park. Paid 80 polish zlotych per day . I think that’s too much . We were lucky to find the municipality car park just outside of the hotel and paid only 40 .
