This was a 1 night getaway. Hotel room recently renovated so room was the best! Even received an upgrade to a suite which was like a small apartment. Hotel has a great location. Still quite some issues: working the hot/cold in shower a challenge. Strange set up. Check out day had no cold water, so shower was scalding. I alerted front desk at checkout. No room service, (said it would not be available until a few months), since this was November in FL, pool should have been heated, but it was not, jacuzzi was luke-warm. Had to wait for someone to bring pool towels, as they do not keep them in the pool area. No pool service - but the bar close by so not a big issue. Pigeons galore close to pool, even jumping in for a bath! Nothing near pool to keep pigeons away. Jacuzzi tile and pool tile cracked, coping missing-need a reno. Had trouble when first arrived with valet parking. Waited quite a while. On property restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Had breakfast on the pateo which is right across from the beach. Great view! Front desk personnel great! When you book, these fees are not included - $55 over night parking, plus $45 resort tax - so another $100 to your reservation.

We rented for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our rooms AC was broken and they moved us to another room. I accidentally left some items in a drawer and let management know that it was missing. He took down my phone number and still to this day have not received a callback whether or not they found my missing items. I was not given an apology or any compensation for losing an hour and a half of time switching from the room to the new room which was not as nice snd didn’t have all the amenities that the previous room. There was black mold in the shower! The service in the restaurant, gift shop and valet was excellent. However, the hotel management was horrible after renting for just one night and paying over $500. I expected at least an apology. not planning on ever to return or recommend a stay there and I would like someone to call me back regarding my missing items.

The late check in time of 4 pm is not convenient. For more money they offered an early check in.. don't care for that approach. They did allow access to all facilities early.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom oceanfront suite and it was amazing. The suite was more like a condo. Living room, kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Lavazza espresso machine and a separate bedroom. 2 full bathrooms and the master bath had a double shower. A huge double shower. There was also a jetted tub. We arrived before check-in and was given a key to the pool level area to wait until our room was ready and were allowed to use the beach chairs across the street. Room and property were clean. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel on a fantastic location!!

Everything was over price, Nothing is included, Spa visit 50$ extra, Out in the beach 35$ Umbrella, Resort charcges Extra 55$ every day, parking hotel.com says 45 and they charge 55$ and taxes extra ofcourse. Overall its not worth the money I spend, I even check out day early. They didnt refund anything,

They did a fire alarm test at 9am that lasted 2hrs The alarm in my hotel room would go off every 30 seconds

We escaped Hurricane Milton at the Atlantic for 3 nights. The suite was spacey and fully equipt and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We'd come again. Across from the beach.

Always a great stay. Welcoming reception. Easy and swift check-in. Spacious room and bathroom. Lovely private balcony. Rooms had an upgrade since my last visit. Lovely restaurant. Pool was close on one day due to the hurricane, but open again the next day. I felt the Valet parking is excessively pricey.

I liked this hotel. It was pretty and the location was beautiful. We had a nice balcony and the view, while not a straight ocean view, still offered a good view of the ocean. The staff were helpful, especially the valet and baggage guys, they were super nice. We stayed here two nights, but not consecutively, once before our cruise and one night after. They had us in the same room both times which was funny. We had 6 of us, 2 adults, 4 kids. The room was big and the tv’s were huge. There was no cable or any way to tv other than signing into your subscription. We had to use the pull out couch for my two boys to sleep on, this was our first time ever having to use one of those in a hotel ( usually I try and get hotels that have more beds or airbnb’s but it since it was just a couple nights, not even together it wasn’t a big deal.) the pull out couch had a lot of stains on the mattress and wasn’t the cleanest, which grossed me out. Especially since they didn’t put it together for us, we had to put sheets on and stuff and make it up ourselves. The queen beds we slept on were pretty firm, which is usually fine for me but this was pretty hard. The biggest problem was the bed was soo squeaky, every time me or my husband turned over at night it was so loud and woke the other one up. We won’t be staying here again just because of the beds. My husband didn’t sleep at all because it was so bad.

I had the BEST stay. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating. My room was clean and spacious. The rooftop pool view and tasty drinks were beyond relaxing. Had a blast at the restaurant enjoying the bartenders and great food. Had an amazing massage before leaving on Sunday.

Really lovely hotel and the customer service was fantastic. That said, daily parking charges of $55/day are over the top!

I have visited the spa here at least 3 times prior to actually staying on property so I knew that the level of class would meet my expectations. I came here on a solo missions and the hotel did not let me down. Upon arrival I was able to check in and the lady at the front desk was super sweet and accommodating. I arrived very early and I was able to check into my beautiful room. The view of the ocean was perfect and everything I need for this relaxing experience. Of course I went to the spa and they did an amazing job on massage. I had a health incident and security came and the gentleman helped me out tremendously I think his name is Mark. The food in the restaurant was a winner and the bartender was hands down amazing. My only complaint was the beach services. The attendant was not very helpful and even though it was the last two hours there were no towels. He just sat on his phone until it was time to close the beach down. Outside of that I’ll definitely come back and stay.

We were celebrating a big birthday for my mother, and Lucy made it extra memorable! Our room wasn't ready, so she upgraded us to a gorgeous waterfront 2 bedroom. It made it extra special, and I really appreciated it! The hotel is beautiful.

Fantastic staff and awesome room with great view!

I was given a room that as per maintenance they knew the phone line was not working. I went downstairs twice and the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed that i kept sauing the phone didn't work which was huge inconvenience. They gave me a different room that was smaller, the hotel doesn't answer their messages either. Never will book here again. Employees need training on their customer service!

Terrible stay. The air conditioner in the living room did not work half the time. The hardest beds I have ever slept on and the worst pillows. The couch in the living room was equally as hard. The shower door did not fit in the shower properly so you could only swing it one way which was in. So you had to stand in the corner of the shower and try to close the door around you. Once you close the door it hits the top corner on the wall. I did not realize this and it chipped a piece of glass off and when I stepped on it it cut my foot open. There is only valet parking which is $55 and no other options.

It was our second trip to this hotel. It needs a little improvement.

We stayed we stay three nights, the property was clean. The pool was very nice with a beautiful view and the one bedroom suite we booked with the private patio was really nice. The Jacuzzi was nice.

Great property with a beautiful ocean view. Rooms are well done and always clean. Chris the bartender at the pool bar is awesome. Very attentive and a excellent conversationalist.

Love how close it was to the beach. The rooms were spacious with awesome views.

The property is charming with beautiful views of the ocean and shops and dining experience along the strip, the rooms could use a bit of maintenance but overall I had a wonderful .

The property had ants through the kitchen area.

Stayed in an ocean view two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. View was amazingly beautiful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Overall we had a great stay.
