The bed need to be softer, they were very hard.

The hotel was really clean, comfortable, and cute. Modern and good service. The only issue I had was the unexpected $25 early check in fee. Everything else was great!

This is the secone time I've stayed at this property. I came back because of the great experience. The second visit was not as good as the first. The staff was so kind, the king size rooms are private with their own entrance, as well as a jacuzzi tub. However on the final morning I had realized I had bed bug bites all over my arms. I wouldve given this property 5 stars all around if this hadn't happened. I'm disappointed.

A good place to stay one night for cedar point

I liked that it didn't feel like a chain. It was very clean, and the location was close to the highway. They offered free bottled water at check-in. Jetted tub was nice. Although they had shampoo, body wash, and lotion, there was no conditioner available. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was very clean in the room and in the common areas. The breakfast was pretty minimal, with some fruits, mini pastries, a couple of cereals, and a pancake maker; but any free breakfast is better than nothing. Bed was decent enough, but there didn't seem to be enough layers (just one topsheet and a fleece blanket), so I wouldn't call it cozy. Overall satisfactory place to rest for the night.

So pleased with our stay. Very neat and comfortable. Continental breakfast included was the best continental I’ve had. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back for next Great Lakes Tournament at Cedar Point Center! They had pool for kids with a slide. Swings and grilling area with picnic tables. Priced very affordable! Thank you South Shore Inn

Overall our stay was good. We enjoyed having Cedar Point just a few minutes away. The only issue we really encountered was the fact that the tile floor was extremely cold & always had condensation on it. Both my kids almost slipped & fell on the wet floor.

Everything was fantastic. From the cleanliness of the room down to the employees. The free breakfast was great and delicious. The rooms were clean and the beds were soooo comfortable . I will definitely stay there again when I am in Sandusky.

Stayed the night while visiting cedar point. The room was clean and the beds were so comfy. It was quite in the evening too. The pool was a little cold, but good for a hot day. The hot tub was way too hot, like burned my skin. I could cook pasta in the water. It was crazy hot. The room does come with a mini fridge and microwave. There are vending machines and free breakfast.

Great little place to stay. It’s updated, clean and cozy. The outdoor pool was immaculate and perfect for kids. It’s in a perfect location, near restaurants, beaches and other attractions.

We were all glad we stayed here. Staff was nice, place was super clean, breakfast was as expected. The only downside...the mattresses were AWFUL. clean place to stay, terrible on the back for sleep. Time for an upgrade.

Perfect stay for a family trip. Spotlessly clean, super helpful staff, beautiful garden, fun outdoor pool. Not luxurious, but had absolutely everything we needed. Very well maintained. Excellent price. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Sandusky.

Such a quaint property, and I mean that in the best way! Cozy cottage feel meets elegance. Very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable! Staff were friendly and checking/check out was a breeze. Was delighted to discover that the pool/hot tub were open until 11 pm! They offer complimentary breakfast, and the breakfast area was clean and large. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

The pool was nice, There was no sink in the kitchen in the family suite had to use the sink in the bathroom. The couch and fold-out bed was very uncomfortable and slept you sleep leaning down. Didn't care for staff because when you spoke they would look at you with their nose turned up. Only two ladies there were very nice ( The lady at the front desk and the lady that worked breakfast and did laundry)
