The penthouses are perfect. Location is brilliant and the pool is a design masterpiece.

This property has a great location and proximity to confisia which is a busy district. With tons of restaurants and shopping, it's extremely safe at night. There are plenty of people around and you can go out for drinks and walk home alone at 3:00 a.m. And be completely safe. I love it here. Be sure that you go to the steam room. They also have an amazing gym. The pool is so cute and they have a great little menu as well. If you need to call a car to the airport they'll get it for you and it's 65 euros at night and 50 euros during the day.

Great hotel in a lovely location outside of Athens. Staff were welcoming and facilities of hotel we excellent.

Friendly staff , clean hotel with underground parking

Second time staying at this property. It was just as friendly and excellent as the last time. The rooms are very clean and bright. The service is consistently impressive.

Very high tech and hip and fun place. Great pool and restaurants and service. Gym was perfect for me. You won’t find this combo at the level anywhere else I know of.

The staff, the views, the welcome, the ambiance, and the breakfast were fabulous. The room was beautiful, and just a short walk away is a beautiful square with shops and restaurants. We cannot say enough good things about this experience.

Lovely staff and beautiful eco friendly environment

Amazing, friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Made our stay in Athens really relaxing. Rooms are large and comfortable with a really nice balcony.

North of Athens.. 30 min. by metro to center. Nice breakfast buffet, interesting decor in rooms, beds and bathroom perfect. Good gym, expensive inhouse restaurant.. professional service.

The hotel is very modern, colourful, clean and fresh. The staff where very nice and friendly. The rooms are great but unfortunately where very hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work and had to sleep with the balcony door open with a lot of traffic noise. this was the only downside if the air-con worked properly it would have been great.

Such a cool hotel!

This clean stylish and rememberable hotel has the best, most personable and friendliest staff that I have ever encountered. They made me feel more than a welcomed guest. I felt special. Do yourself a favor and do not overlook this hotel and their staff. Further, they are located in a great neighborhood.

The design and facilities of the hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful and super polite. The location of the hotel is also great. It is a short trip away from downtown Athens yet there’re very cool shops and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I’ll definitely stay agan

The place was nice neat and clean. Good breakfast. They had a twist also - the place doesn't have any room numbers at all. They have symbols instead. :-) it was a good experience for a change.

We regularly stay here when visiting family in Athens. Neighborhood is lovely and has great restaurants and shopping. Hotel is consistently clean and comfortable. Staff is very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is very good and Free onsite garage parking is a plus. We stayed during renovations in the lobby, which was a bit noisy but did not impact other hotel amenities. Will return again soon.

This is our 2nd time staying at Seminamis. Our first experience was 2 years ago, I remember we were very impressed but the modern design and the vibrancy of the colors - predominantly pink! Our recent trip was less impressive, we feel the hotel is beginning to show its age, our bathroom door in the penthouse constantly got stuck. I forgot to mention our room was upgraded to a penthouse but I thought it was a free upgrade, when I checked my bill, while our 1st and 2nd nights retained the original rate, our remaining 3 nights were an extra 100 euro per night (I was overcharged at least 300 euro). It was not explained when we checked out but I found out after we left Athens and didn’t want call back and debate with them. I felt they were a little dishonest with returning customers.With this experience I will choose other hotels in my future trips.

Very unusual colour scheme but was fun to stay somewhere different

Everything is perfect and the room was mazing. We did have small problem - the door of the bathroom/toilete is made of glass and it doesn't have proper closing. Small gap stays all the time.

This place is a blast, set firmly in 2007's version of 1967 mod. I expected to see Austin Powers emerge from the elevator in tight pants at any moment. To be more specific, there is a clock radio in the room that also charges iPads and iPhones, as long as you're talking about versions 1 or 2 (the very wide plug). The pastel design and irregular shapes are cool until you try to do any work at the desk, the punk shag carpet and pink lounge chair must have been pretty swank before they got permanently faded and dirty-looking, the towel heating rack would be awesome if it worked, etc. etc. My room was on the top floor with an awesome veranda (which contained some organically-shaped plastic things that again must have been the bees knees at a design show). So that's that about the design and condition: dated but interesting and somewhat non-functional if you're a business traveller. Room service (cleaning, food) was sketchy/inconsistent to the point that I finally had to say something, leading to: service-wise the front desk staff was simply superior, made all the difference in the world. They know how to operate a very high end hotel, and that really made all the difference for me not simply leaving after my first night. Can't overstate that. In relation to my usual Hilton this place was nicer yet shabbier with worse service but better management, won't e back unless I really have to, take what you can use from that...

Once you get over the concept of no numbers to rooms (Just shapes), and the led display at your door way (do not disturb, please clean room etc.) You'll find a bright and very modern room. Mood lighting, frosted glass walls to the bathroom etc. Be warned, using the shower does tend to floor the bathroom floor though. Very comfortable bed and blackout blinds let to a good night's sleep. The service in the restaurant was disappointing slow though
