I stayed 5 nights at this gorgeous villa. close to the beach and the town of kissamos. Konstantin is a very kind host, he helped us with any information we asked him. our stay was wonderful in this place. I recommend with confidence.

the apartment is new, fully furnished. it's located just outside of Kissamos city center, and it has a terrace in front the sea. it's simply perfect!

The villa is close to the beach, there is a nice yard.
We had clean linen and towels also clean dishes in the kitchen. The washing machine is working properly.
The wi-fi was not avalable. The floors and furniture were not well cleaned.

Very good location, the view to sea is gorgeous, clean, quiet, spacious, very well lit. The host is very hospitable, provided us with usefull info regarding the area and made us feel very confortable. We can easily say it was a 10 out of 10. Thank you.

The view from the apartment! It is just 50 meters far from the sea, so you can reach a romantic, abandoned beach in literally 2 mins. No crowd, just the nature.
The host is very helpful, cleaning service is great.
The apartment is perfect for 2 persons.
We were 3 of us, so one had the bed in the living room, but there weren't any blackout curtain or shutter, which made hard to sleep from the early morning (from sunrise).

Nice front yard with green grass and with places to seat and eat. Natural, rocky beach just nextby, perfect for a short walk. Nice views. Spacious apartment.

Amazing apartment directly at the beach that you basically have for yourself. The apartment has everything you need. I would recommend to have a car so you are more flexible to drive around. However restaurants and the city centre is in walking distance!

The view and the proximity of the beach. Large terrace and a lot of space. Fully equipped. Super quiet area.

View was realy nice
The air conditionings were too old to function properly. I let the host know. He couldn't or didn't wat to fix it for 20 days
The beds were too small and hard
The best foto's on booking were from appartments that were not for rent. Because the family lives there on te second and top floor.
One bed is next to a refrigerator that makes a lot of noise
