Great location for arrival on my first visit to Dijon. Quiet. Room fairly basic including a sitting area and tea making provisions but these were not replenished without asking at the front desk. I had miscalculated my stay but couldn’t add an extra night as they were full. Enjoyed a nice Kir in the bar which came with peanuts which were very welcome.

The reception was unfriendly, and the room was too small for three people and had an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was not working, and the parking was located a considerable distance from the hotel. Additionally, we had to provide a €70 deposit for the room. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

I was surprised to see that this was the room that I paid for at this price. The carpet was in awful shape and there were stains everywhere. The bathroom was not cleaned well and needed a serious renovation. I could hear every word that the couple next to me said through the thin walls. I would not stay here again

Great location, nice restaurant. Room is small even for European standard, heater didn’t work. However the proximity to the train station and downtown make up for those small negatives.

The hotel is in a convenient location but it smelled and was very run down and dirty. Service was okay and we only stayed one night. I would not stay here again. The parking was full so we had to park at the train station not a big deal because it was close but wasn't convenient bringing our bags into the hotel.

This hotel is old and a bit tired but you get what you pay for. It was very clean and neat, staff friendly and helpful. A kettle in room is always a bonus to me. Great breakfast selection. Convenient location to train and 2 tram network. Bus interchange not far. Would recommend as good value budget option.

This is exactly what you paid for on a budget, clean room, nice shower, very centrally located. Staff friendly, area close to trai and or parkade for use if you have a vehicle.

Location near the Gare was excellent as we were traveling by train around France. Also walking distance to businesses and restaurants.
We had no complaints and would consider staying there again should we be back in Dijon in the future.

The only outstanding feature about this hotel is the area surrounding it. Opposite is a Chinese owned bar/restaurant with outdoor seating, the food is delicious, the hotel is located next to the train station. The rooms are ok. But the TVs are small, and the room could do with a return. The staff are a little rude, especially on our first stay, we were not told about the parking discount until our second stay by a friendly lady who pointed out to us we could receive a discount. It’s ok for a night or two, but I’d give it a miss for longer stays.

The location is very good, just in front of train station. Breakfast was very limites. No fresh fruits and yogurts were not served all days. Front desk staff was friendly.

Hotel is near the train station. Room has faulty airconditioning, its so warm especially in the afternoon and evening. Each night that we return after a tiring tour in Dijon, our key card had to be brought down to the reception (didnt work to open the door every night). Breakfast is simple and just right for the price (€10).

The photos on the website are very misleading as the room we were in was extremely poorly located. We were on the 1st floor. Our room was not on the street side but in the back side of the hotel. The view out our window was of the back of the hotel, view of building in back, with a cracked dirty skylight the major point. Several persons were right outside our window having a smoke break so we did not open the curtain to get some light.
Room was very minimally furnished and the bed was very low off the floor. While it was close to the train station and the tourist areas I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is situated close to the Train Station and Trams stop close by. Walking distance to the city center. Room is comfortable and with such a good price, could not be asked for more! The only downside is you could hear the tram running even though it has passed midnight.

Make sure you ask for a room overlooking the courtyard, not the railway station and tramline square. The room was very stuffy, even with air conditioning low, but open the window and in comes the noise of trains, trams and cars. Also the most expensive of all the budget level hotels we stay in across Europe, at £67.80 per room, and another £9.90 for a moderate breakfast. Only single occupation, but still had to pay £10 extra per night for two clean dogs. However, lovely receptionist went to 'caress' them when we went out for the evening.
