Kyriad Est is a lovely hotel , unfortunately we arrived later than planned due to weather conditions at 8pm. I booked because of it's location for our onward journey the next day and its restaurant/ bar, so we coukd check in, settle, then go and eat...the restaurant was closed with no alternatives, the nearest place to eat being a Grand Chinese Buffet, not for me, thanks. We then had to drive again to find a suitable restaurant and return much later than wanted. If the restaurant is closed at weekends then perhaps this should be advertised. I also wasn't happy to hear that the car park has no CCTV and can be entered by anyone at anytime. Not fenced in or gated. A previous stay in a French Hotel my van was broken into right outside reception due to no security. It seems the hotel is more ideal for weekday business stays without a van.

Great location for one night stop over. Restaurant food was very good value and quality. Polite staff. Easy access from motorway. Pleasant walk to the beautiful cathedral in Le Mans.

Wonderful stay over on our way home from the South of France. Staff helpful and friendly, hotel very comfortable and clean and breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The icing on the cake was the electric charging point for our car!

We were very happy with our overnight stay and could easily have stayed a week. Delicious breakfast, very comfortable bed and friendly easy check-in. Excellent air-con and with our room facing the road, with the windows shut you can't hear a thing.

The property is a mixture of refurbished and older rooms, the rooms above the dining area are small for 2 people and the bathroom is very small. The staff are very friendly and work hard to service their customers. The hotel is conveniently placed but is let down by one major issue and one very minor inconvenience. Occupants of the rooms above the dining area open their windows to smoke as evidenced by the cigarette butt ends on the roof top, the smoke permeated throughout this area of the hotel and was very unpleasant. Despite the non smoking signs it clearly is allowed but the rule should be enforced. The minor inconvenience is a lack of a soft closure toilet seat, it makes a loud noise and I am sure I woke up some residents at 3am in the morning. 😂

We try to stay at this hotel as it’s clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful, a bus stop nearby is easy to visit the centre. And a big thank you to the reception staff for helping me with our Covid19 pass to return to the UK

We had a lovely stay in your very nicely decorated and clean hotel. All staff were very kind and helpful. Hubert on reception helped us out so much the next morning before we left, to find us a destination we needed to get to. He took over 30 minutes helping us. Thank you Hubert.

An excellent overnight stop. Staff were all friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, food delicious and all COVID regulations completely adhered to without feeling overbearing. Only minor comment is that it is a bit off the motorway route.

Good, pet friendly hotel near Le Mans. Friendly, efficient staff. Would recommend it.

Lovely hotel with very good restaurant. A convenient position

Seems to be fairly new. No restaurants nearby so hotel restaurant is fairly busy. This does not mean it is good. The meals we had were fairly insubstantial and too expensive for what they were. Room was fairly small. At least the parking was free.

Use this hotel as a stop over. It’s easy easy access from motorway, about 30 min walk from city centre for a choice of excellent food (dog not allowed in hotel restaurant)Internach across the Rd for fuel . Most of all excellent friendly & helpful staff

This was an excellent Kyriad, modern and comfortable. I stayed for two nights, as I was interested in the local area. The room was warm and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I used the hotel restaurant on both evenings, as the weather was cold enough to deter exploring other eating places. The food and the service were both of a good standard. I would happily use this hotel again.

We were only passing through Le Mans as a halfway stop over but discovered a great hotel at really low cost and a charming center of town from the 15th century including an impressive cathedral.

The room was comfortable with a decent shower. If it's likely to be hot I would recommend going for a superior room with Air-Con

We have stayed here many times and pleased to say it clean, comfortable, good parking and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. The hotel is well priced and convenient for us as we only stay for 1-3 nights. There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
