We've stayed at this Legacy a half dozen times. Although we had an "upgraded" unit, that didn't include newer furnishing (as we recognized the furniture from prior visits) pretty much only upgrade is kitchen area and bathroom countertops. Still a great value and will probably stay again in 2025. The location is a PLUS for us in that we have family to the south, and enjoy making day trips to the north (St. Aug). The European Village is so close that we always enjoy visiting there for some decent Italian pizza and dining.

The master shower did not work right. The mixer/regulator was shot and the water was only very hot or very cold….very disappointing.
The door on the master bathroom was a bifold door and the one on the left kept falling off its hinge. I did what I could with it but it’s a bathroom and the door should be able to close.
Also the sliders would stick terribly which was a problem for us- we liked and used the screened in area, but I would have liked if the doors were easier to open and close.
We’ll be back, but some additional maintenance would make it even better there.

Loved the pool. Location is great. Lots of places to walk & bike. Gym was ok - they need to buy a rack of dumbbells. Jacuzzi was a little dirty. The bikes were in poor condition.

Whatever you do, don't do a late check in. I called and told them I was going to check in the next day because of a family emergency. Was told no problem and they would see me when I get there. I show up and was told that I was a no show and there was no availability. Finally after several phone calls a room was available. Not the greatest but a place to sleep.

This is my second stay here. I do a lot of traveling; you can only eat out so often and use a laundry service so much. Two days here and I have clean clothes plus most of a weeks worth of cooked and frozen foods. The bed was too soft but that is pretty subjective. I had the best bathtub of any place i have ever stayed. I spent an hour in the hot this morning before leaving. I am very happy.

Tons of amenities but it was the friendly staff that made the visit great. I will not stay anywhere else in Palm Coast again.

Room smelt mouldy on entering which made me feel uncomfortable, sofa uncomfortable, Bed uncomfortable, yellow Water when filling up the master tub, dirty smelly ponds , no heat on the main pool, I booked two nights my partner got sick with a fever and then I got sick with respiratory problems , we just left at 11pm as I was afraid to stay overnight with my breathing problems ,it was definitely the mould in the A/C that was the problem , not a good trip and i didn't want to complain as I had no energy todo so, we had to drive a 1.5 hour journey back home, I'm feeling much better today and recovering from the bacterial I inhaled during my stay . Very disappointed

Dated, smelly, There was carpet in the rooms it was filthy. Is shower didn't work. Probably built in the seventies or eighties and never a remodel. I took photos I hope they Let me post them. This place was rated almost a 9.0 I wouldn't give it a 2.0

The staff was very, polite, accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious. The room was very clean. I loved the enclosed patio. The living room furniture a little outdated however that doesn’t change my five star review. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Property grounds were decent and surrounding area is nice. Rooms are so out dated. Paint chips everywhere, dirty vents and the furniture is literally from 1980. Both lamps in living room were destroyed in our room. Made a complaint immediately so we didn’t get hit with charge. If they put some money inside instead of solar panels it might actually be decent.

I loved the space and room provided. The rooms were great, but they are in desperate need to updating and remodeling. The stove was awkward and hard to cook on due to the burners being bent and uneven. The screening on the porch was torn so bugs were able to get in. The master bathroom was beautiful, but the plumbing was leaking into the neighbors room when I ran my bath tub. For the price I payed, it was worth the stay.

Beautiful resort but looked tired. Lot of the stuff looked old. Hard time opening patio door very rusty. Need some cleaning on outside . We had no grass just mud near sliding door. Pool was nice . Water fall wasn’t working.

Rooms are outdated but clean, AC works great, beds were comfortable, kitchen has the necessities, washer and dryer in the unit, pool was clean and great, hot tub was warm not hot, great location. Stayed 4 nights and had a good time at this resort. Staff is great and quick to answer and help with any concerns.

Overall it was a great stay. Good location and infrastructure with many amenities. The exit of the fence to the Saint John trail was awesome. I thought the master bedroom could have used some curtains (I'm a light sleeper) and the mattress was a bit too spring for my taste, but the apartment itself was ample and well equipped.

Our room was good. A little outdated. Needs rugs in the outdoor patio. I couldn’t find parking when I got in at night. Parked on the grass. Couldn’t get ice out of the freezer.
