The Polonia Palace Hotel has been a wonderful place to stay. It’s beautiful, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. It was a little hard to control the temperature in the room so we got a little warm at night but that was the only downside. We would stay here again.

Everything was fine with the major exception that on both weekend nights there was EXTREMELY loud music coming from the event space. When I went down to complain at 1 am, all I got was an "oh well the hotel also has events you know, and they will go until 3 am". Their noise situation is 100% not what is expected from this level hotel, very bad.

Not what we were hoping for. they were unable to accomodate a request for two double beds so one person had to stay on the most uncomfortable cot imaginable. breakfast was good. we were advised by the staff to get a cab rather than an uber when leaving. they ordered us a cab they said was trustworthy, saying it should only be 60 (twice the uber price of 30). The cab then charged 130 saying it is sunday double fare. The hotel should have let us know this was the case with cabs

Stayed for 2 nights for work, great central location near the station, big rooms, clean and small perks such as free drink at the bar, and money off if you do not have your room cleaned. Food was also really good.

Fine hotel in a great location- just a few blocks from the train station in the heart of downtown. Classy hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and beds, and a pretty lobby with an outstanding restaurant.
Alexandria, one of the check-in staff, was especially nice and helpful. Others were more reserved.

The breakfast is incredible! Not a typical US hotel/motel type breakfast. Highly recommend to get the breakfast, great value. Great location, took the 175 bus from Chopin airport to the hotel, and walk over to the Warsaw Central station for our train to Krakow when we checked out. Easy tram ride to museums, river, and Old Town. Was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel!

This lovely hotel is in a fantastic location just by the central railway station and the Palace of Science and Culture. Nothing to complain about at all, breakfast lovely, all staff interactions very favourable. Room nice and spacious and was nicely made up each day. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a great location near the main train station and all bus and tram lines but is a long walk (2.5 kms.) from the Old Town. Staff are courteous and very helpful.

A lovely property, clean and fresh. Rooms are lovely, bed very comfy. A great selection at Breakfast including Champagne and smoothies, unfortunatly the hot food was rather tepid which spoilt the experience.

You shouldn’t let customers into a room with a broken air conditioning. It was far too cold and even your colleague tried to fix it, it was disappointing to pay for an upgrade and then have only this cold room available.
