Our stay was great. Very helpful staff and friendly. We love the hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend it. Restaurant staff also very friendly. Housekeeper also.

In town for a birthday party. We stood one night. Checked out the next morning for the party, about 2 hours outside of Guadalajara. The hotel allowed us the leave our last gage as we were returning 2 days later.
This place is conveniently located and he staff ere amazing. The property has a small pool and nice restaurant as well. We will be returning and using the hotel as our base of operations when visiting family in Guadalajara

I reserved a stay for 9 nights but left after just one night. The bed seemed as though it was constructed purely from plywood, and both the walls and countertops were not clean. The lock, which can only be operable from inside the room, had been removed. Despite these issues, I must praise the staff for their exceptional friendliness and patience. As a non-Spanish speaker, I truly appreciated their efforts to assist me to the best of their abilities.

I am 72 yrs old got in from delayed flight. And elevator wasn’t working !!!

We stayed at the Aurea Jan 15-18. The bellman was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, the front desk staff not so much. I had the front desk call us a taxi to take us to the bus station on Jan 18 and left my shoes in the taxi accidentally. The front desk person said the taxi would cost 180 pesos and when we got to the bus station, the taxi driver tried to charge me 300 pesos. I called the Aurea to tell them I had left my shoes in the taxi and they said they would call the taxi driver to see if he had found my shoes in his taxi and to get him to return them to the hotel. When I phoned the hotel back to see if they had been found, they hung up on me. I phoned again and they hung up on me again ☹️☹️

Amazing stay! Clean rooms, nice cold A/C. Friendly staff. The pool was warm. Definitely will stay here again.

Good value for the money. Clean room, parking and centrally located. The pool is small to medium size, clean and warm.
Maintaince staff is very friendly and helpful. Some employees at the front desk do lack the same customer service training and friendly and helpful attitude. Yet, it's nothing to influence on choosing this hotel.
What you get is a hotel facility at the price and service level of a motor hotel.

We stayed because we were taking the Jose Cuervo Train. It was convenient for the bus and train station, Staff were super nice and helpful. Room was nice.

Had 2 rooms, both of which had issues. People at the front desk are worthless to even try an assist you. Nothing but excuses...overbooked. Jacuzzi tub had no hot water for 4 days!!! Showers were another issue; either getting clogged every other day or the shower head not working properly.
Cleanliness was non existent, rooms didn't get the floors cleaned until day 4, last time I will be staying here

I stayed here the last night of a five night trip and I regretted so much that I didn't stay here all five nights. I had a horrible experience in the other hotels I stayed, but my stay at this property was amazing!

We stayed in this hotel a few years back and glad to see they’ve kept it up nicely. Very comfortable bed and really like the spacious room. It’s conveniently located. Look forward to future stays. Staff was very friendly and professional!

This hotels is turning into a motel. It is dirty definitely it doesn’t have the attention to detail as they used to. Going forward this will be a Motel rather than a hotel. Elevator are not working and the front desk people are cold and unfriendly.

If you don’t speak Spanish no one can’t communicate with you I left the room at 11 came back at 3 my room was not cleaned I had to wait another 2 hours overall bad experience I rather pay $20 more stay in much better hotel

Staff overcharged my credit card, when i talk to front desk they said they accidentally overcharged. I have an extra charge on my credit card. The hotel was under construction the water was shut off and the construction noise was unbearable.
