During my stay in the hotel I had left my suitcase on the extra bed in my room, when I came home that night, some of my belongings had been removed from my bag and thrown on my bed, after looking at what had been moved I noticed a bag of sweets, which I had bought as a gift with no time left to replace them, open with some of the contents missing hidden under a pile of clothes. When I left the hotel that morning my bed had been clear and all clothes and the sweets had been in my suitcase. I reported the incident to the staff in reception the following morning before I checked out and was given an email to inform management, after trying to do so the email I was given doesn’t work. Very disappointed that someone who had access to my room would be so unprofessional as to go through my belongings and try to cover it up. Very upset at this incident and ruined the overall experience of my stay which had been otherwise uneventful.

Do not book this hotel unless you want to have the worse time, this hotel ruined our stay as we did not want to return to it at night. We booked 3 rooms for my daughters birthday, on arrival we parked our car and went straight into Paris as they would not let us check in early or have a complimentary room to freshen up in. The lady on reception advised us there was a train strike so we better come home by 6.30pm or we would have trouble. I tried to talk to her about other possibilities of getting home but she wasn't interested until I just stood there and made her give me a map and details of buses. We came back from Paris and checked in OMG I could not have been more shocked by the standard of the rooms. Mould on shower curtain, curtains hanging off the rail,dirty smelly carpet (please take slippers you will not want to walk on them) please whatever you do do not look at the mattress!!! and take your own towels . Everything was so disgusting and smelled so bad. I asked to be moved and was offered a room on the 6th floor which was big but the smell knocked you out , no lights were working and it was damp. I declined and stayed were we were. None of us slept as you just feel dirty , I tried to get another hotel but due to the time of year getting 3 rooms was either not available or at a large cost. This hotel need to be knocked down, please do not stay here even for 1 night it will ruin your holiday.

From outside it looks grubby old and tired signs missing grey and uninviting. The rooms are extremely small and basic the pictures online are misleading. Expedia only included breakfast for one of our party when there was 3 of us. A very disappointing stay

Great price. A little bit far from the city center.

Staff very helpful especially Axle very close to train ststion so easy access to paris and disney restaurants shops within walking distance. Hotel similar to travel lodge for cost can not complain had what was required and was clean. Would use again. Did not eat breakfast so cnt comment on that but shops across road have all you need if you dont eat in massive supermarket with bakery.

Place is great if you going to Disneyland. Only 3 stops on RER. Next to shopping centre and restaurants. And free parking if you driving. Friendly staff and quick checkin/checkout. Beds were comfy. Kettle available. On negative- rooms are small so if you require space this hotel is not for you. Someone mentioned plugs in awkward places which is true and some furniture requires replacement as it's falling apart-our bedside table lost it's side. And rooms need rubbish bins- tiny one in bathroom is not enough. Rooms generally need some update.

Upon arrival the hotel staff was helpful and friendly we entered the room and it wasn’t very welcoming it smelt musky and the kids walked across the floor with white socks on that were black on the bottom. The kettle was all chipped and full of lime scale and the bathroom was mouldy on the ceiling. There was only one plug socket so for a family room that was no where near enough. We debated moving hotels and paying more to go somewhere better but as it was for one night and the children was tired from travelling all day we decided to have a early night and leave as early as possible the next morning. The only good thing was the location to Disney land and the shops around it. Will definitely not be returning.

The property was very clean, the entire staff was very very friendly and accomidating. it was a older property without a piil or work out room. The property was close to thw train and bus line for very easy commuting ibto Paris. i would highly recommwnd this hotwl to others.

Great location, easy to find. Breakfast was OK too given I'm vegan and could potentially struggle. Only downside was the bathroom. The door opened illogically and the shower over ran and I was concerned that because of the tiling having gaps between floor and bath that it would drip into the room below.

Very close to Torcy train station. There’s Kiabi, Carrefour and other shopping malls near the vicinity. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights which is just perfect before we head for the cdg airport.

My stay at this hotel has been a nightmare. The heating system was not working and in December in Paris it is not a seconday issue. They gave me a small cheap electrical heater which was very noisy, so my choice was between not sleeping because of the cold or the noise. I was not alerted before the stay or even at check in. Staff was unwilling to help, the hotel manager didn't show up and refused to talk with me by phone. The hotel chain management didn't have a way to be contacted during the week end and after two weeks they didn't even reply to my complaint. I can understand incidents happen, however the way those are managed sets apart a good hotel from a bad hotel. So I strongly suggest everyone to avoid any Kyriad hotel: they will not care if anything goes wrong with your stay.

Good location. Train 5 minute walk away which takes you to Disneyland or Paris, 2 shopping centres with an array of restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean, room was compact with an en suite and tea/coffee facilities, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was it was freezing and heater in room didnt work although when I enquired I was offered a small portable heater. We were only there for 3 nights and it was more than adequate for our stay.

Ideal location for Disneyland, only 2/3 stops away from hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. No Air con, but at front desk they gave us a fan. Conformtable stay and clean bathroom and bedrooms. We were out all day, only slept at the hotel.

Last minute booking for a trip to Disney. Functional room which was clean, would benefit from Air conditioning but u cant expect too much with a low price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for Disney, two stops on the train with station virtually opposite. huge shopping Mall 2 minute walk away.

Kyriad is a nice hotel, and very easy to spot from Nearby Torcy railway station (RER). It is a good location if you are going to Disneyland which is just 3 stops down the line, and trains are regular. There is a kettle in the room but the welcome drink supply was not restocked. Wifi is good, and free. The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet, even though situated next to the lift. There is a shopping centre right next to the hotel with a large, well-stocked supermarket.

Hotel is cery close to train station tp Paris or Disney (less than 5mins walk). Hotel is very clean annd rooms a good size. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only one criticism - it was 35 degrees outside and the AC was broke in all the rooms. The room temperature was almost unbearable. The lent us a free small fan for the room but still very hot. Car park is also a good size and very safe. Would book again if visiting Paris and/or Disney.

It’s an okay hotel with a good o rice, very useful for trips to Disneyland. The train station is right next to it, along with a large shopping center. There is no air conditioning, you are given a fan. Front desk were very helpful and arranged a taxi for us for an early morning flight.

The stafff were helpful but.......... ... no air conditioning when it was 39 degrees outside and hotter in room. Gave you a small fan to help. It didnt. Air conditioning got turned off last year wouldn’t turn it back on. ... room too small for three people. Wardrobe wouldn’t hold more than 5 items of clothing. No drawers to put anything in. So had to leave all clothes in suitcases. ... tea and coffee facilities. Only if you only wanted it for 1 day. Won’t replace the Paper cup after the first day. ...continental breakfast. Wasnt really worth the money. If you were late down there was nothing there. If you weren’t there wasn’t much choice either. ...when we left on the final day, the receptionist asked us to check our car because the night before they had people trying to break into the cars 🚗 in the car park and the police were callled. Couldn’t inform guests because they don’t take your car registration number, to link to your room, when you check in. Luckily no damage to car but not happy we weren’t informed the night before. ... good things about hotel. Really close to train station to get to Disneyland Paris. 3 stops and you were there. Cost €3.20 per adult return. Good value. Supermarket right next door to hotel. Great shopping complex. Staff really friendly. But under pressure from lack of resources.

Amazing hotel next to a few shops and food places, also went when France won the World Cup which was really nice- everyone in the area was really friendly. As well as this, there was a few parks, buffet places and transport right next to the hotel- the train to Disneyland was only €7 one way for two people and took nine minutes- with the statio being opposite the hotel. Also the bed was very comfortable and we had our own private balcony- I’m planing to revisit this hotel in December for Christmas.

Nice location. But this was the only positive thing with this hotel. Before our stay or at the check-in nobody told us that the air condition system was defect. The first evening they told us that the technician will come next day. The second day they told us that a spare part will arrive from Brazil. We did not sleep well because it was more warm inside the room than outside. It was at least 30 degree celsius outisde during the daytime and the room was very warm during the night. After four nights we had to check-in at another hotel. The hotel management does not care about their customers. Our Disneyland trip got destoyed because of this. The staff tried to be helpful but the cleaning of the room was not sufficient. The condition of the rooms are not good as well compared to other 3.5 star hotels.
