My room did not have any hot water and had to have the kids take cold showers

The heat was messed up in our room.

The rooms and outdoor venue areas were very nice. The only thing that was frustrating is no view for the King rooms or the water. So felt like we were trapped in a condo lol. But overall very nice and comfortable!

The stay was okay. We had a couple hiccups that bothered us. Both the couches in our room had several stains on them. The staff at check in was very friendly. We walked over to the pool for a swim and when we got back we wanted to shower off the pool chemicals. When we got back to the room and started the shower it was backed up and started to fill up. We called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, but by then it was already late and we had started getting ready for bed.

The condo looked very new and clean. We had all the kitchen amenities needed for a 2 night stay. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was large, had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The sofa was adequate.
On the downside, we could easily hear conversation through the door that adjoins our condo to the nextdoor unit. Also, the neighbors cooked something with a very strong odor that we could smell in our unit.
Even so, we would probably stay here again. We like the location close to Top of the Rock and Branson.

This place was amazing!!!! Very beautiful surroundings. Rioms wrre spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again our next visit to Branson.

It was a very nice property. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. We traveled with our dog and there were plenty of places to walk him.

Our villa was clean but had a distinct smell, not anything horrible, but took time to get used to. Some air freshener would have been nice. The sounds from up stairs and next door interrupted our sleep, I guess the walls and ceiling are a bit thin. It is a very nice resort, the staff was great and the grounds and amenities are great. We would stay here again but maybe in a different building.

My biggest complaint was that there was no notification about needing a code to enter a gate. We’ve stayed at this property before when there was no gate. It would’ve been nice to have either been emailed the code, or at the very least, told that you would need to call and get a code for the gate.
Also, the walls are apparently paper thin. We were unfortunately on the bottom floor, so every normal step our upstairs neighbors took, we heard very loudly. Also, their normal conversation could be heard quite easily.
The property is clean and located in a beautiful spot, but this is twice we’ve been kept up late because we could hear our neighbors. We won’t be staying again

Overall we had a good stay and staff were very nice and helpful but the room wasn’t super clean - we had a live scorpion and a cockroach crawling around at one point. There were also dead flies by the window when we checked in.

Westgate Branson is a beautiful property. The pool area is so unique and fun for all ages. It would be a 5☆ for me if not for a couple issues. Our washer in our unit broke the first night as well as the water in the complex was off due to a line break. So we couldn't shower after the pool or use the restroom for 12 hours. All in all we'll be back next year.

Been to many times shares in Branson. By far this was the best! The rooms have been redone and are very comfortable. The pools and amenities were top notch! The view of the lake was spectacular. Staff was great as well. Highly recommend!

Great views from screened in patio, though patio and screens were very dirty. Room was recently updated, though floors and baseboards were dirty. Comparing Branson Westgate Lakes with Branson Westgate Woods I would definitely recommend Branson Westgate Woods. There is much more to do, see, and staff are more involved with Guest activities.

Property is very clean and noise levels were average. Pets are allowed so be prepared for barking dogs. Would highly suggest getting a room with lake view. About 15 minutes away from food. May want to stop by and get snacks before coming. No room service but can get coffee and towels from front desk. Overall, liked the property.

There was a water main break (what we were told) therefore no one could shower, use the bathroom, etc. Walls were super thin so you could hear everything in units near you and from outside.

The condo was not clean. Bedding was dirty. Couch is severely stained. The dishes was put away dirty. There was some kind of sauce all over the stove. The room I booked online is not the room we was given. The hot tub doesn’t work properly.

I love to set. The property, was on the lake and had beautiful lake views and not too far from entertainment. We were on the first floor and I do feel like it was very loud and the people above us walking around.

Dirty floors...loud partys late at night near our villa...kids jumping off waterfall at pool and personnel near by said nothing....gate to get in wasnt working properly....way over priced....pavillion near pool was not cleaned everyday after use and things not put away from events....was told when booking free breakfast and store on grounds to shop at for food but no breakfast n store was snack store that was over priced. Not going back.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have to change rooms due to a dog barking constantly in the room next to us… very annoying. Also the walls are so thin, we kept hearing stomping above us all night…. With all that said, the place is very nice, and the staff was very accommodating when it came to us wanting to switch rooms.

The property was very dirty. We did not feel safe with our kids on the floor. Our feet were black from filth. The pack and play they used for a crib. Was covered in rust water. It ruined my hsorts and shirt when i opened it. My son smelled like rust every morning. I paid way too much to stay at a place that doesnt value cleanliness at all. I have photos. It wont let me upload them

Great place for a family reunion! The rooms were nice and the kitchen furnished so we could cook what we wanted. There are so many places to gather and spend time as a family. Only drawback was that our room wasn’t ready at check in time. Otherwise it was all great and we will be back!

Decent overall stay. Nice updated room. It was nice having the kitchen and dining table. Also the washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Rooms were adjoined to another unit and you could hear the folks next door. Also, grounds were okay but cob/spider webs and debris on siding of the building.

The gate process is ridiculous, would not stay here again because if this. Our room was an adjoining room amd we could here them. Huge gap in the door underneath had to put a towel there.
