Quite basic. Very kid friendly in fact I wouldn’t stay again for this reason but great for a cheap and cheerful with kids

Excellent experience for a hotel stay with the kids. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, and supportive. Even in the waterpark, I think my kids may have enjoyed chatting up the lifeguards as much as they did using the slides. Overall, very clean and welcoming, very safe. Staff made the stay overall an incredible success- hats off to them!
The two drawbacks that I could mention are: reservations at the private restaurants were hard to come by. Only available on check-in, we found all nights were booked during our stay already. However, the buffet offered wonderful choices and we did not regret being unable to get reservations. What we did regret- The beach is badly in need of repair and service and does not have any beds or canopies. They are missing the real crown jewel of the stay with this oversight. It seems at some point time there had been access from the hotel; there are a few closed down and derelict structures. Sadly, the beaches full of trash like much of Cyprus beaches. Being this close to a resort we had hoped for better. Too much glass and trash to let the kids play down in the cool, azure blue waters- which would have made a nice break from the pools and slides. We hope that the property managers will consider this an area of importance to reinvest in. Very close to many areas in Paphos to explore.

It just everything u need to rest, specially with kids. Meals, clean wide rooms, swimming pools, water park, spa, souvinier store, walk across the sea, good music and bars at night and much more.

Overall the hotel is really good and we would recommend it. The food was fantastic (particularly in the evening) although it would be nice to have more variety on the kids buffet. The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks. The snacks are readily available and good, but it would be nice to have a bit more choice, particularly of lighter and healthier snacks.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside was that the pillows were not very comfortable.
The pools are really good and we particularly enjoyed the kids pool facilities. There is also a shaded baby pool and play area which is great.
The entertainment team work really hard although we did struggle to find some of the kids activities which was a shame as the kids club itself wasn’t great (although it may be better when it’s busier in school holidays)

Juat ok, entertainment finished by 21.30, all onclusive stops at 23.00. Cheaper to buy drinks at sports bar next door, well made and good variety. Littlw Italy not worth waiting for, burger ok, lebonese nice.

The property is fit to families and children from the morning to the nights the children were full of excitement and busy with kids Occupations, the food was nice and the extra restorant was good

Absolutely beautiful hotel, food is really good for an all inclusive buffet, staff couldn’t be more helpful, rooms were clean and tidy every day. Pools were fantastic, kids pools, adult pools, water park and playground. Would love to go back again.
We are a family of 3, two adults and a four year old daughter. Would highly recommend!

The food was substandard and generally it was very noisy. Fortunately the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

It rained when we were there. That is not the hotel's fault of course. There wasn't much to do while it was raining, so the bar area was packed and people tied to keep busy playing cards. The drinks were served in plastic cups, which affected the taste. The bar staff appeared to be a bit rude (lady guest ordered a Sex on the beach cocktail, they talked amongst themselves not in English and laughed loudly).
Some of the staff were excellent, e.g. Ms Thekla at the restaurant. The Greek music and food on the Monday were very good.

Great hotel. All-inclusive service at a high level. In terms of food, there was nothing missing, there was also free alcohol. A bit absurd to have to worry about water in the room but ok...
The gym is at a very low level and there are very few machines, which is a shame.. because after everything you eat, you also want to burn calories. It has potential and it's a shame it wasn't realized.
All in all, we had a great time and highly recommend it for a family vacation.
In my opinion, a couple without children doesn't have much to do in the hotel, but it's great for children.

Very disappointing We asked before for room on an upper level and hotel confirmed they will do the best but when we arrived they gave a room “ Not on an upper level but -1 level which means even under swimming pools “

Not much for the children in the evening the food was tasteless looked great but had no taste atall !! The food hall too small people rushing the food like they are starving which was not nice ! Also getting given cheep syrup for drinks and not even allowed a bottle of water because I don’t have a gold band was sad !! For the price I don’t think worth it !! Some of the staff were nice but not the people that do the trips they just looked at me when I sat down so rude and put me off from booking anything! Other than that the hotel room was nice which helped and my boy loved the water slides !! The stress for the deck chairs pissed me off and silly people letting there kids crap in the pool alot of them were cut off with tape but they cleaned them as fast as they could ! It was ok but won’t come back the price is too high and I think it’s not a real all inclusive as too many limitations and cheep crap they give you to eat!

We have had an amazing few days at this hotel. The stand out thing for us is the food, it was all delicious and so much choice! The facilities are great and the staff are generally helpful. My only 2 negatives were that the room could have been cleaner, it was clean enough but there were areas that needed more attention and the second was we upgraded to gold bands for the all inclusive but we had to ask the bar staff every single time for the premium branded alcohol, which we shouldn’t need to do. It was like they were trying to get away with not giving us what we have paid for. That didn’t sit well with us but overall we are so happy with this hotel and would highly recommend!

The hotel is perferct for families and kids ages 4-9 will enjoy a lot.
The only con was that we ordered 2 roomswith connecting doors but got 2 seperate room which made us split

Lots of fun with 2 pools + waterpark with many slides.
The entertainment team was super fun friendly and helpful.
A huge variety of free food, drinks and alcohol.
The hotel is new and modern.
There is a bus station right at the entrance to the hotel to city center.
A few things we didn't like:
- The food was not tasty at all.
- The hotel had no beach (it was under reconstruction) so had to walk 10 minutes in the sun to another beach.
- The hotel is far from any shops or city center - had to take a bus or a taxi.
- Very difficult to find an available table at the restaurants of the hotel.

Amazing all-inclusive hotel with water park. The waterpark was lots of fun and also the large swimming pools. The service was great, especially the fun friendly entertainment team. The only thing we didn't like is the food which was awful and mostly un-tasty.
The restaurants had very limited available tables for the hotel guests.
The beach of the hotel was under reconstruction so had to walk to the neighbor hotel's beach for 10 minutes in the sun.
The location was far from everywhere (not walking distance) - we needed a taxi or a bus (the station is right at the entrance of the hotel) to go anywhere outside.

Overall a disappointing experience.Definetely not a 4 stars hotel - barely 3 .The room is very basic , the food , though very various , not very tasty . The area around the pool , the resting chairs and the umbrellas are in very bad state .Our daughter was actually hit in head by one of the umbrellas that was detached from the base. We complained during our stay and not once from the stuff even bothered to check if everything is OK .
On the positive note - the water park in the hotel is great and much fun.

Good outdoor facilities with a few slides big and small for very young children to adults.
Nice swimming pools overall.

Very good breakfast and ok lunch and dinner buffets.
Not very polite or helfpul staff.Especially at the reception they would barely look into your eyes when talking to you.Some where kind though especially at the restaurant.
My biggest problem was the room.The bathroom door wouldnt close properly and would open all the time.The hair dryer would start and then stop after 20-30 seconds and you should wait 1-2 minutes for it to function again.The shower water was either cold or hot.It wouldnt mix the water which was a big problem for the kids.The airconditioner also stopped a few times.

Would very much recommend this hotel, staff are very friendly and overall a very good hotel for family’s. Great children entertainment, and entertainment staff are so good with the children!
About the condition of the hotel room: cleanliness was ok, it had some coffee stains on the floor, and there was a little bit of dust. Other than that cleaning was good, and friendly cleaners!
Our bathroom was not completely finished refurbished, was some grout missing in top tiles of shower, otherwise good.

It was the second time we were staying at the Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort in Paphos, Cyprus.
The hotel is clean and tidy.
The food in the dining room is varied and delicious, and among the meals, you can find fast food, ice creams, and desserts in the bars.
Of course, free drink.
No one will remain hungry.
The hotel has an excellent water park suitable for all ages and several swimming pools.
The little kids have a club with activities every day, and there is also a cinema that shows movies several times a day.
The cleaning staff of the rooms is professional, especially Galina, who cleaned the room for us every day. It was very pleasant to enter the room after her work. There was always a figure made of towels on the bed. It made the children very happy and gave a fun atmosphere.
A highly recommended place for families with children.
We will definitely be back again...

The swimming pool closed at 6pm that's way too early. Secondly the gym equipment is old and rusty . The buffet are very repetitive. There is no bus or shuttle from and to the airport. The all inclusive bracelet doesn't include top shelf name brand alcohol which they don't tell you until upon arrival . The other 3 restaurants are only included once after that out of pocket .

We were all inclusive at this fantastic family friendly hotel. My son thoroughky enjoyed the on site water park with slides. The food was extensive, and varied and of good quality with cleanliness maintained. Staff very friendly. The only criticism i have is that there could have been more vegetarian options but, overall, great place to stay!

The hotel has a great location, easy to get to the bus up and down the coast. Water slides are excellent too.
The A La Carte menus were very poor, and there are only none premium alcoholic drinks available ias part of the all inclusive.
Also, the pre teens club was not running which was very disappointing.
