Unfortunately the flying insects in the eating area for breakfast ending up in our juice cups and our breakfast cereal was ridiculous (over 6-7 in each item). The bottom of the tub was dirty or there was no finish left. The beds were comfortable. After 6 years of stopping here on our way home it will be the last time to grace your hotel.

Stayed one night while traveling. The photos and reviews seemed like the hotel would be okay to stay at. Not at all. The bathroom was disgusting with someone's hair all over the shower. The bottom of the tub was brown. There were yellow mystery spots on the sheets, dried liquid on the walls and somehow the ceiling too. To top it off, walking my two young children into the room it smelled heavily like weed on our floor. I never write reviews but people definitely need to be warned.

It was not the quality I expected. Fruit flies were relentless when trying to eat breakfast. Breakfast was mediocre. Dumpsters were emptied in the middle of the night waking us both up.

The check in was good, the place was quiet, but the overall appearance needs work. I worked maintenance and in the building trades for years, so i notice things more than most perhaps. I just saw a lot of wear and tear. Carpets that are stained, paint worn off in high use areas, torn bed skirts, and an overall need for an update. It's not a nice as i would have expected given its 8.2 rating on hotels.com, more like a 6 in my opinion. Pool is small and when we poke our head in to see it, found the pool area to be very warm, unused and like the rest of the hotel, lacking in appearance.

the room was fine, the bed was comfy but EVERYTIME either myself or my 9 year old moved in the bed the whole bed moved a lot it was so bad we were walking the halls at 230 am. overall it was a great stay the staff was super nice and changed the filter in my room so my allergies didn't get bad, we were there for a baseball tournament and a big group of us stayed. we had a pizza party on the deck off the pool and had an amazing time.

We enjoyed our stay here so much, we ended up staying here again on the way back through to come home. So we actually stayed here twice during our trip! We loved the staff - the gentleman at the front desk from Long Island was hilarious! Also, breakfast was great and we loved the jacuzzi tub in the room!

Nice property convenient to shopping and main highways. Breakfast was just ok. Room clean and comfortable but the bathroom was in serious need of fresh paint. Stairwells were in need of a good sweeping.
Our biggest complaint is that, as in many other hotels now, the rooms are not serviced at all during the stay. Beds do not need to be changed or even made but the trash should be removed, coffee/tea and cups replaced on a daily basis and used linens that are on the floor should be replaced. That’s it. 5 minutes.

During check in, they specifically said that we had to request cleaning service. And we did. Imagine my disappointment when we come back to the room after our wedding and nothing was cleaned, no new towels, and the trash from dinner the previous night was still in the can.

Had fruit flys during breakfast. Pool was dirty has scum around the edges, microwave almost caught fire brought me a new one the next day and it sounded just as bad. Manager complained that my daughter came to visit even though we were in the parking lot. Still haven’t received back payment I was charged for my dog that’s a service dog. Staff was amazing though.

It was great. We are a working band and stopped by early to pay for rooms and get assignments (couldn't get keys because they weren't ready yet) but it helped so much to have the paperwork done for when we actually checked in late that night. saved us time when we were tired and I appreciated them doing this for us. Room was clean and comfortable.

Could not eat the breakfast they said was included due to fruit flies everywhere. They knew they had a problem but did not have the fruit covered and I saw the flies directly on the fruit. In the case with mini muffins, they laid a piece of plastic wrap over them so the flies just went under it. How hard would it have been to wrap the muffins?

Excellent 1 night stay!! My wife had read a bunch of negative reviews online.. Her concerns were quickly it to rest as this hotel was very nice!! Full breakfast which made our morning great as we were heading out on a 450mi drive home.. highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great hotel!!!

At first when we got there it seemed fine. The floors felt squishy on the 2nd floor, and room. You constantly heard your neighbors especially above you walking, running and jumping. The floor in the room seemed wet to me. The beds were okay but couldn't really sleep due to all of the noise. When we went out for the day, tried to tell the front desk but no one was there as they were helping a customer somewhere else. When we returned at night there was cockroaches in the lobby by the stairs and that was it for me. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was my third stay at this hotel, the first two stays were fine, love the suites. This stay we swam in the pool and noticed the liner was very cruddy above the water line. The AC was not working, front desk clerk came up timely and got it running. We also observed roaches in the kitchenette area, so the pest control program needs improvement. It is disappointing because it is a good location and overall the hotel is in good condition, but management needs to step up its cleaning and pest control game if it wants to keep guests coming. We had our return trip booked there and cancelled.

The condition of this room was quite bad. I was in another room a week ago and it didn’t look as bad as this one. Water damage on the ceiling, rusty doorframe brackets to the bathroom. Drawers weren’t closing properly, bed felt very slant. The one thing this place does better than others is their cheese omelets for their breakfast.
