The good.. the staff, the food, the service, the Halloween evening, it was clean.
The bad….the rooms have damp problems, smell of damp and must, wardrobes and furniture smell of damp.
The ugly… we were very unlucky with the weather but stayed safe and dry and that is all that matters.

Our stay for close to 1 week was very good . Nice , comfortable and clean rooms , quite , nice view to the golf course , excellent breakfast , nice and helpful staff , nice pool and good location . Fitness needs some overhaul . Parking is available but might be a problem in the high season .
Overall very pleasant . We’ll be back

We had an garden acces studio for 2 adults and 2 childrens and it was very nice. Childrens could go out from room in garden with pool acces. There was an indoor heated pool open from 11.00 to 19.30. Big spaces. nice room. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well maintained and with a lovely balcony. The pool area was also nice and there were always sun beds available. The buffet was exceptional and we enjoyed the wide variety of choices every day. Will definitely be back!

The biggest dissapointmemt was the wifi that never was available to our rooms not even to where the reception was that was very poor,we told the receptionist but said we are looking it so they knew of this.

Went for a couple of nights for a beach break, not quite on the beach but a very short walk and found this place fantastic for what we needed. Very clean with good friendly staff and very good value would highly recommend.

Hotel has gone downhill since last visit 4 years ago, problems in bathroom reported to reception, guy came to fix next day, ignored one problem and made the other worse, had to go back to reception again next day, Wifi worse than useless and no wired internet. Spa is expensive. Breakfast good although hot food cold!

Large rooms and terrase facing to the swimming pool was great for family trip with small kids. Breakfast was good but some time long waiting time for egg station. Clean and nice place. One negative point is no facility for coffee in the room. All others were good!

Lovely hotel with spacious clean rooms. Location was also very convenient. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and food was of a high standard. Overall a lovely stay.

Our daughter - who is nor yet 18 - but a certified scuba diver was not allowed to swim with us calmly in the upper pool. She had to go to the kids pool and the hotel staff was quite inflxible and not able to explain why.
You get exactly one towel per person and you need to trade it with tokens - the whole thing feels more like an adult kindergarden than a 4 star hotel.
Moreover the hotel has seen its best days and a refresh would be good to maintain 4 star standards.

Nice Hotel and the housecleaning staff were very polite and happy. However, the hotel reception staff appeared unhappy and were reluctant to help when asked for information.A happier and more welcoming atmosphere would help project the image of the hotel.

Nice and super-comfortable hotel with lots of activities. La Barrosa beach is less than 10 min walking

It's a big resort, close to a golf court and within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. I was surprise to see how spacious, nice, modern and clean was the room. There is a big pool with bar and lunch service. They also have a spa center, which is not included in the hotel fee (20€ for 1 hour) the breakfast buffet is excellent and was greatly appreciated (12€ per adulte)

The room was nice, spacious, and had nice views of the golf course. I've stayed other times and you can also get a nice view of the pool. Another very nice feature are the noise insulated rooms!
My only complaint is that the bed is not the softest or most comfortable, but, it is good enough to sleep in for a few nights.
Overall this hotel is very well located, has nice rooms, and is worth the price. I recommend it.

Finally had to go and ask one of three staff to take our order. And for all subsequent drinks had to get up from table and go to bar to ask for service again.

Nice all-inclusive hotel, very expensive for the level of quality on offer, the food was just ok, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, and then you pay extra for just about everything, do not recommend the spa, very expensive for the level of service received

Overall not very impressed,charged 10e a night for parking when its supposed to be free,the only free parking available is on street which is almost impossible due number of surrounding hotels with similar parking charges.Also no golf onsite apart from a joke of an overgrown puttimg green with 3 holes and no flags,even my 10 year old son thought it was a joke.There is a golf course nearby but we didnt see anyone playing on it so its most likely very overpriced like the majority of spanish golf. Nice breakfast.I wouldnt bother to revisit.

Super hotel with friendly staff and well situated. Accommodation good and pool areas very family friendly but surrounds could do with attention/updating. Gym was well situated but equipment was limited and spa was good too so ideal for family or couples break. Good golf courses very close by and easy walk to good beach areas or nature reserve.

The hotel rooms are quite modern for Andalusia standards - flat screen televisions, nice bathrooms, etc. The curtains are a bit dreary and the whole outside of the hotel needs to be plastered and painted. Paint is peeling off in some parts and the colour is a bit bland. The inside restaurant, outside restaurant seating area and the pool areas are very nice, though. The pool is lovely. The dinner buffet was very decent. The breakfast buffet was not so good. The hot food was sitting in a lot of grease. The fresh pineapple at dinner but tinned pineapple at breakfast was strange. We didn't try the lunch buffet. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The beds were comfy and there was no noise at night. All in all a pleasant stay.
