Amazing staff and an amazing stay. The hotel is in a great area close to several things. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. This was my first time in Paris and I felt very comfortable here. Highly recommend to everyone!

Lovely boutique hotel with a cozy feel but it is unmistakably luxury. The staff is friendly and unpretentious but they offer world-class service. This hotel is certainly a hidden gem.

The hotel wants to be great but lacks any real charm. The walls need some art to warm it up. The rooms felt bare and cold. They did have a really cute place to sit and have a coffee or drink inside the hotel and the breakfast looked good ( we went outside the hotel for breakfast). Pretty no frills and they oversell themselves a bit as a “5 star hotel”. The location was fine and within walking distance to the metro but there are better neighborhoods to stay.

We stayed at Hôtel de Nell for 9 nights. We have been to Paris a lot over the years but it’s our first time staying in this hotel. Staff at reception are always attentive and kind, specially a lady with long dark hair whose name we didn’t ask but who was there to greet us almost every single day and helped us reorganize a restaurant reservation for my husband’s Birthday. The room is modern, clean and airy; they offer a mini fridge, a Nespresso Coffee maker and a kettle both with complimentary coffee pods and tea bags. Upon arrival you will get a welcome Madeleine and a scone and a compliment bottle of water (any extra bottles will be charged). You also get a nice robe and slippers (there is a Spa on the ground level), hairdryer and umbrellas but no iron, although they do offer a laundry service. Towels and sheets were always fresh and clean and the toiletries smelled great ( note they have shampoo but no conditioner). My only comments regarding things that can be improved are: The bathroom sink is nice and modern but it will splash your clothes every time you use it, we concluded that the reason is that the faucet is too big for the sink, I think it’s a design problem. There is a single recessed floor light for the shower area making it impossible to see when using a razor or trying to figure out how the shower works! Breakfast was nice but we found cheaper options literally 5 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close to the Metro. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was very nice and friendly, Jennie who checked us in helped with all our questions and was very accommodating.

Rooms have inconvenient designs / arrangements. Also, I booked this room through Expedia, specifically to include breakfast. When I arrived, the hotel said breakfast was not included, and would cost 29 euros per guest each morning. Very disappointing.

Nice and comfortable stay, friendly staff and clean room and relaxing. We came for our wedding anniversary and couldn’t fault it.

The Hotel was clean, amenities were very nice. Staff was kind, courteous and attentive. Area around the hotel is near tourist attractions as well as public transportation, eating and shopping. It seemed like everything was a 20 minute walk or closer

Staff was incredibly nice and could not be more helpful. Unfortunately, the single elevator was out for 2 days. The room was very nice but the pillows were a bit lame. The hotel is more of a 4-4.5 instead of a 5.

Good Location, many restaurants, bars and shopping in the area, cute hotel! The shower though was a little unpractical the all floor bathroom gets very wet no shower curtain or glass door, The picture shows another brand of toiletries, the brand the abbey ffer is not a luxury brand as the advertise. Not very helpful at the front desk to find a taxi.

Perfect place in Paris, very central in the 10th arrondisment. While there is obviously a well functioning metro system, we chose to use our feet and walk 17 miles through the entire city center. Paris remains a world capital and has lots of obvious and less obvious things to see and visit. In some areas, it was excessively packed with tourists, but after all, we were tourists too. The hotel was everything we needed and offered a chic, modern, and very comfortable interior. Everyone was charming. While for most days we chose to go to a nearby bakery and grab some croissants etc on the run, there was also a wonderful breakfast buffet in the hotel with multiple selections – for us perfect prior to going to gare de Lyon to catch our TGV. Attentive staff

My recent stay in Paris was nothing short of magnificent, and a huge chunk of that credit goes to Hotel de Nell. Every aspect of the hotel was delightful, but what truly set it apart was the phenomenal staff. Their dedication to ensuring we had a memorable experience was unparalleled. They went above and beyond in every way imaginable, consistently presenting themselves as pleasant, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Our room, while on the cozier side, was immaculately clean and furnished just right with a modern touch. Given the plethora of attractions Paris has to offer, we primarily used our room for resting. And speaking of rest, the beds at Hotel de Nell are divine. The mattresses cradle you in comfort, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. One small oversight on my part was not taking advantage of their sumptuous breakfast from the get-go. I had mistakenly thought it was just a buffet; had I known you could order eggs as an addition, I would’ve saved myself the effort of looking elsewhere. To any future guests: don’t make the same mistake I did. Trust me, you won’t find a better breakfast spot nearby. I want to reiterate my appreciation for the amazing staff. Their cheerfulness and informative nature truly enhanced our trip. This being my inaugural review on Expedia speaks volumes about how much I valued their service. In summary, Hotel de Nell is a gem in the heart of Paris. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Highly recommended!

Deferment Not a five stars hotel!! I had a worm in my breakfast and the hotel did nothing!!!!!! Dirty hotel! Not a nice staff. Very very disappointed

Unable to communicate with staff due to language barriers. No hot water on the last day - when staff was informed they didn’t have any reaction. No apologies whatsoever- not going back to this hotel. Expensive and low quality service

Unique and well kept property in a convenient location

This has not become my favorite hotel in Paris and I have been here more than a dozen times. I will be back to Hotel de Nell. It is not in the location I like the best but with Uber who cares. It does have many close attractions and some very good places to eat. The hotel was very comfortable, bed was great. great breakfast and the staff went out of the way to help you.

Wonderful 5- star hotel. The staff was wonderful, always willing to assist you. Location is perfect size it’s very quiet. We were within 30 minute’s of walking to most sites. Will be returning.

Great room: clean, good layout and well decorated, and felt expensive without being overly expensive. Staff was also very nice and helpful, and the location is fairly close to public transit.

What a beautiful little hotel with modern and elegant amenities. Lovely breakfast buffet, very comfortable room with deluxe Nuxe products that smell amazing! Located around many cafes and restaurants, this was the perfect stay in Paris! Hotel team made getting around very easy.
