Bathroom was absolutely filthy. They are outside working on landscaping which is fine but really....The room is where i stay. And it was dirt. Floor was unvacumed...etc...Bed wer fine. Tv was ok but difficult to navigate.

Great little place to stay. Reasonably priced and close enough to the National Park. Pet friendly and they even honored our request for end of hall room for our doggie

The staff at the front desk needs to be retrained. I will never stay at this place again. The rooms were very nice and the lady at the breakfast area was outstanding .
I should have been warned as the lady was rude to the person ahead of me. She tried to tell me I signed a paper agreeing with the terms when I asked for it she showed me an unsigned paper. I had signed a paper but it had different info on it. When I pointed that out she said that they threw away the paper I signed because there was a mistake. Of course hotel.com couldn’t do anything because it was not one of their employees.
I said I would call comfort inn and was told that they were a chain and comfort inn couldn’t do anything and told me not to call them.
I learned a very valuable lesson. Do not use hotel.com and book with comfort inn.

The AC ran all night but the room didn't cool down until we opened a window. It was cooler outside than in the room even after 4 hours of running full blast.

Very clean and organized. We stayed on first level which was great. They need a new bathroom fan and brighter light in bathroom. It was dark in there and fan sounded like a tractor.

convenient to our property. The outside exit door by our room kept banging shut when guests were coming in. Also the guests that were employed by the "out in the field" companies ate all the food before the "paying guests" got to eat our breakfast. Limited choices.

The room smelled like wet dog, and we weren't given the room type that we had reserved/paid for. When I asked the front desk about it, they said there was nothing they could do about it because I had already signed the room rate acceptance sheet. I had to sign that sheet at check in prior to seeing the room. We will not be staying here again.

Hotel is easy to access, had good parking, staff was very friendly and professional, and bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed and there was obvious need of that.

The hotel is clean. It's older update but everything is in good condition. Our problem is we stayed one night and the next morning we had not one but two times housekeeping walked into our room before checkout. The first time we didn't have the door lock on and the second time we did. This was at 9 am and again at 9:30. We also had the do not disturb sign on the door both times. The second time I stepped out to find out what was going on. She said that we were a single night stay, which I responded we were. I then asked her if checkout was still at 11 am and she said it was. The housekeeper then said she would mark us as a DND- "do not disturb". There was no knock, no identification as housekeeping when entering the room and it was well before checkout. We were happy with the rest of the stay, this was very disappointing. Just remember always put every lock available on whenever you are in a room here.

Very accommodating. Breakfast was from 7-10 on Sunday, however, several people had kids there for a soccer tournament so for them to be able to eat breakfast they started serving breakfast earlier. This was very nice of them to accommodate for several of the guests.
