Location was good. Overall, I liked it, but the bathtub floor is slippery so you need to be careful.

More like an apartment than a hotel room. The room was very large, very clean, the AC worked very well.

Excellent for long & short trips

Very nice friendly staff. Worth the money expect the Pizza resturant and the poor breakfeast with no service. Waites 25 min for coffe. Juice run out the table was very poor and most food run out.

Quiet, great balconies with floor to ceiling doors. Overlooking charming courtyard. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with great shower and bathtub. Excellent location for walking to Old Town and to buses and trams. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here last year and this year in Aug and September. We love it here! Great staff, Sandra (and others) helped us a lot. We tried 5 different rooms here and love the size. Some have two bathrooms which is great. We also had a room with a patio at one point. Great location. The restaurant is good too. This will be our go to place. Great value too

Nice hotel, very good price for what you get. Everything is pretty new. Apartments are laaarge, not your typical European hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel in an excellent location in the centre of Warsaw. I would stay here again! But organize your own taxi from the airport; the hotel charges too much.

Best place to stay in Warsaw

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks in early August and enjoyed it tremendously. The room was excellent with 1.5 washrooms and a lot of room. The staff is first rate. Especially the blonde girl during the day at front desk. I didn’t get her name but she was always very helpful. And they have washers and driers where you can wash your clothes. The location is the best. Close to everything. Parking is challenging to get too. You have to drive through a very narrow laneway.

Room service did not show up the 2nd day. Bathroom could be cleaner. Overall recommended.

Great rooms near everywhere and confortable

I only had a quick one night stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and professional.

As always very nice stay, and as I had issues with wifi in my apartment, I have been given an extra room just opposite to use as office (fortunately it was in empty season)

all in all nice and clean Apartment Hotel in the heart of Warsaw for a reasonable price! i stayed in an apartment on the fifth floor and it was raining on the second night. unfortunately at around 3am i woke up and i felt water drops dropping on my bed from the roof windows. i went down to the reception and was able to immediately change to a different room on a lower floor. this was of course super annoying and you don’t expect that to happen at any 3+ stars hotel. but to be fair the staff was super friendly and helpful to get me that new room as fast as possible. though i wasn’t offered anything for the “middle of the night” troublrs. i guess i’d stay there again but would definitely avoid to stay in an apartment on the top floor :)

I come to Warsaw frequently for work and generally stay here. It is centrally located with easy walking distance to various public transit and the Vetrulio bike share station is just next door. It is generally quiet, especially after the restaurant closes (I like windows open). There are laundry rooms available free of charge (but bring your own detergent) and the rooms are very spacious.

The standard rooms are quite large! I think they used to be apartments. My room had one and a half baths, and mini kitchen with a stove and microwave.

An excellent location, with an abundance of restaurants close to the Old Town and Nowy Swiat. The staff was friendly and helpful. Might be suitable for longer stays as there are laundry facilities and a small fitness room. An easy walk from the Airport (175) bus stops at Centrum and Foksal.

Wonderful room. Although it has kitchen, not really set up for cooking.
