Spacious room, good beds but the cable box wouldn't work.

I enjoyed the stay, staff was great except for one man that served me on the last day, he was very abrassive and not so friendly. Sadly I did not get their names, the lady was great, Asian guy was great too, the other guy (possibly in his 40s) wasn't as great.

Expect call 45 mins before your check out time to remind you to leave …. Neighborhood isn’t the best and parking is super limited for amount of rooms so if you have to park off property due to full spaces then that could suck

We found a roach in our room when we first got there. I had to ask the clerk for coffee. There was no breakfast in the morning.

overall, when I checked in, I was greeted very friendly place however was nice but when it comes to the room, the bed was a bit stiff, the coffee pot was very rusty, which need to be replaced and the bathroom had some black duct, tape in the wall.

Property was well maintained. Comfortable beds. Locality was a bit run down. Liked the breakfast they provided despite the reasonable rates

Good for the price, conveniently located to the venue. The offered breakfast did not appeal to my tastes.

For a budget hotel, this was a very pleasant surprise. Very clean; the room was well maintained with newer flooring, countertop, etc; the staff was friendly and helpful.

They do offer breakfast but you have to fill out a slip in order to get your food. great front desk staff.

Affordable

The room itself was nicely renovated and clean. From the parking lot, however, you wonder about the facility - the garbage can was overflowing, debris where you park, and also the keypad you press to get into the elevators/rooms broke - one of the numbers fell off. Once we put it back on, it was ok.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable bathrooms were dirty and had hair stuck to the floor mat. Woke up more tired than when I went to sleep.

Breakfast choices is too little, 5 items only and pack in bag every morning for you to pick up

did not like that online says breakfast included. However you get a Sunny D & a granola bar or a piece of fruit had to drive just to find a place that served breakfast not a good neighborhood definitely should have a lower rating

Cigarette smokers are allowed to smoke right next to the doors into the building so when you walk in or out it’s a very strong stink of cigarettes

The dislike: If you are looking for a great nights rest don’t stay here. We stayed for 2 nights and the beds were hard as rock and the pillows were so stuffed with foam that made it impossible to fully rest your head on it. We woke up with sore necks and kept tossing and turning all night. Not comfortable, specially for my elderly parents. Other than that the room was semi clean, we found some small pieces of trash under the beds and the carpet was a bit sticky. The good thing about the place was feeling safe inside their parking lot, specially with prostitutes roaming the block and homeless too. We did like the slips for breakfast and they were very simple. Mark down the items you would like and they would have it ready for you in a to go bag in the morning. It was a choice okay fine hard boiled egg, muffin, granola bar, banana, and “orange juice” SUNNY D! But it was filling. The staff was great, James was very friendly and nice. Would I stay here again? probably not due to the uncomfortable beds that didn’t provide us with good rest. We were in room 421. 2 bedrooms with 2 king size beds.

Even the g p s had a hard time finding it.

We stayed 2 nights here and have zero complaints! Check in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. It’s a budget hotel but worth the stay. Lots of places to eat in the area and places to shop at if needed. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Everything was good. Only thing was that we didn't get enough towels. The shower head had a small crack, so water was flying out of the crack onto the floor. But overall, i would definitely come back!

I like this property where is clean and non-smoking. There are plenty of choices in restaurants nearby. Only half an hour drive to Seattle.

Main light in the room did not work, whole area just smells like cigarettes. Weirdo’s just hanging out in their car did not feel safe being there with my child. Front desk guy who checked us in was really nice though.
