Everything was great..except the lobby was a littl hot specially in the breakfast time.

Everything was good except when we showered water went everywhere due to being clogged.

Sofa sleeper was stained but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is great here as the omlets are freshly made. Will stay here again.

It is overrated overpriced a lot of noise, no room service. The elevator was not working, so my Uber eats person could not deliver me my food I had to do Uber eats well because they don't have room service or a restaurant like it said in the Application the elevator does not work so if you're in the seventh floor, you're gonna have to do some Stairs, a lot something you don't want to do with bags and luggage No shampoo, no conditioner no lotion no free water at least one bottle to drink. Very awful experience they charge a $129 fee Supposedly because I was smoking, but that's kind of funny because I don't smoke I called them and that's what they told me that I was smoking in their room which it's odd because I do not smoke

Terrible atention, they didn't activated the keys after 3 attemps. Personal was always angry. Bathroom dosnt even have soap, shampoo or anything. They delayed 3 hours to bring them.

It was expensive dirty and musky smell The first room we stayed in the a/c stoped working so at night we changed to a different room. The next morning i called for it to be cleaned and they did not go until i called front desk again and the lady came and only piked up the trash and with a rag and water clean a small spot in the floor they did not cleaned the room tgey were cup stains all over the tables there rust in the sink they for sure dont clean the small fridge it had mold and it smells bad the a/c filter was dirty the pool looked merky and the elevators were stinky and dirty the breakfast they serve at 6 a.m and end by 8:00a.m when online it says its till 9a.m the sitting area in the front its also dirty the carpets have stains and tge food its expensive and cheap made by processed.. you get what u pay for.And the hotel was hot inside they have fan motors in the halls blowing air.

The location is excellent, shopping, eating out, and close to other facilities. Their AC system needs to be maintained. My room was not cold enough most of the day.

We have several issues on the room, first the bathroom light went off, the shower sink was clogged and the water flooded the bathroom, the answer on the front desk was to give me towels to put on the floor. The carpet near the climate was wet we have to put a towel too.

It was very nice, but the entrance door didn’t work properly.

I have mixed reviews for this stay. PROS: 1. I ordered the salmon from the menu at the bar and it was delicious. 2. The staff are all extremely gracious. CONS: 1. The phone in my room did not work, neither of them. 2. I had the handicap accessible room, and the shower water flooded the entire bathroom and into the hall as well. 3. The water coming out of the sink has a gas coming out of it that smells like perm solution, which indicates a bacterial backup in the water lines. 4. The air conditioner would not go down to the requested setting, so the room was too hot for me. After I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they changed my room, and everything worked in there, but this morning the smell I the water was still there. 5. All the soda machines at each floor have been removed, so now you have they them in the gift shop. 6. The "Happy Hour" food provided is raw broccoli florets, raw baby carrots, cheese cubes, and ranch dressing. Also there are tortilla chips and what looks like gravy, but I was told it was salsa. The "free" drinks use the CHEAPEST alcohol possible. 7. When you book here, book directly with the hotel, as since I used a third party booking site, they couldn't help me with any discounts.

From this the moment we arrived the lady at the front desk was attentive and quick to answer any of our questions. She was also very friendly and so were the rest of the staff around the place as we made our way to our room. The breakfast was really good and the staff behind the counters were friendly and helpful when asking for utensils and even an omelette. This is the place we’ll stay at next time we’re visiting.
