Overall good hotel. Clean ans comfortable. The parking is expensive and there's no other choice. One major probelm ials that they disabled the air-conditioning "because it's October'. It is October but it's also hot and I'm paying for a room with aircon. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

There is construction at the hotel so getting dropped off by a taxi is incredibly difficult. There seemed to be confusion with the staff when we asked to use the jacuzzi - they didn’t realize it was locked, there were no towels, it was dirty. The actual room was nice even though the shower stall leaked so we used a bunch of towels to clean up the floor. Overall, it was okay, has the potential to be great.

This is standard Best Western hotel - upper 3 star. Checking in took 20 minutes on day of arrival, which wasn't great. We received a good quality, clean twin room with shower, good TV, Coffee machine and Fridge at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. We were happy with the room. Breakfast was well laid out, enough for us and good value. The location is convenient for the Rail station, Metro and local attractions. The hotel advertises a Sauna, Wellness facility and an Executive Garden. All these facilities were closed. Using Covid as an excuse is not acceptable - either stop advertising these facilities or offer a refund. Even the downstairs Toilets were closed.

A very clean and friendly hotel. Bed is comfortable, we had a good sleep during our stay. The breakfast is very basic and a bit expensive for this what you get. But overall i am happy with the stay

Great location. would recommend. Unfortunately the had refurbishment activities in house and it was very loud suring daytime.

A/C didn't work effectively in the room and most of the breakfast options had run out half an hour before the breakfast ends on both days we stayed.

Location of hotel excellent staff & service very good all round cleanliness of the rooms & very comfortable beds excellent, coffee machine & fridge safe in room. Good breakfast and plenty of choice catered for. Free Wifi area & lounge area excellent for kids & adults to spend time. Excellent choice of hotel tastefully decorated interior. The location was excellent (3 mins walk) next to marconi station (1 station far from Porta Nuova). Breakfast was good, can have a bit more variety.. I was disappointed from the cooling system, it wasnt functioning bcz as the staff said it was winter ... well i think the guest should have the option to choose his room temperature (cold or warm). The staff was helpful when and before arriving through messages ... I would give the hotel an excellent rating but not having the option to choose the temperature that i want in my room and stuck with the warm temperature made it a good experience instead of excellent !

This property had a great location near the train station. Close to restaurants and historical areas. The room was a good size for Europe. It included a fridge and kettle for hot water. Participated in a green program. It has a small fitness room and nice rooftop area. Bed was comfortable enough. Room 601 is near the elevator and there was some noise from that.

Great modern hotel with excellent staff and breakfast. Air conditioning did not work so had to resort to opening the window.

For a stop over a great hotel. Not sure the immediate area offers much to do. However it is next to the main train station of Turin

Average at best. Room very dated and smelt a little. Fine for two nights, not that central. Air conditioning was very weak and the room was very stuffy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Immaculately clean rooms definitely make this a wonderful hotel. Art in the hotel is from Bali, a most unexpected treat to see. The breakfasts were so extensive and good they became brunch for me.

Nice hotel, good value, well located for station

I visited Torino for a relative's graduation ceremony. Overall, this Best Western property is a decent hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Good proximity to ATM machines, supermarkets, R.C. church, pharmacies, and small boutiques (clothes and shoes). The gym was small but serviceable. Breakfast buffet selections and variety very good, though I only ate there on the morning of my departure. During my stay, I also tried some of the local cafes for morning cappuccino, as I preferred not to include breakfast in my room rate. Housekeeping were stingy with bath towels but this is a common practice in Italy. I had to request extra towels nearly every day. Quite and respectful clientele use this hotel. My room faced the street but the thick windows insulated me from most traffic noise.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, very clean room, hotel facilities better than expected, great breakfasts, good wi-fi, close to city centre. Would use this hotel again

Near train station and metro stations. Very confortable rooms.

Initially the check-in was a bit annoying because we have a 5 year old and a 10 month old infant and the room was apparently only for "3", even though the baby sleeps in a bed with us. The hotel staff was apparently perplexed but "let it slide" and told us we have to be responsible for the baby (as if we wouldn't??) and allowed our family of 4 to stay. The room was great - a separate bedroom and my 5 year old slept in a "living room" area on a twin bed so it was great to have the separation for when the baby wakes in the night. The facilities are very modern and trendy. Upstairs on the roof is a very tiny pool and some oversized connect 4 and chess games. No shade up there, beware. But my son and husband still had a great time for a couple hours while the baby napped. Location wise we needed to take a taxi to get to the center, which the hotel staff called and it cost less then 10 euros to get there. Breakfast is an additional 5 euros and was probably the best deal in Italy - the breakfast had everything you could want, including a juice maker where you can make fresh orange and carrot juice. The air conditioning in the room didn't really work, so it was hot and stuffy. That's the only downfall, but an important one as it was over 90 in Torino that day.

A good location near the main railway station yet it is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel does not have a restaurant as there are excellent restaurants nearby and a map plus listing are provided. We found this very useful. The rooms are modern, spacious and well presented. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The staff are helpful and informative. I can recommend this hotel as an ideal one in Turin.
