The Poolarea on the rooftop was to tight and not enough chairs for relaxing The rooms very nice and location fantastic!

Right next to the cathedral. Sometimes could be a bit loud, however the staff was very nice and ideal if you plan to see the city center. Very nice view from the rooftop pool and bar.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location close to Cathedral and water front. Staff were very friendly. Roof top bar and small pool were a bonus way to spend an hour or two. Bed comfortable and nice sized clean bathroom with double head shower.

Exclusive Location close to Bus, Rail, Taxi and Uber Service. Surrounded by fine restaurants and shopping. Great Security. Excellent 5 Star Staff !!

Right in the middle of the shopping/restaurant district. Loved having easy access and the view of the Maria was amazing. Roof top drinks. Small pool. Big and clean room.

Very convenience spot. The only downside of the hotel was no tissue in the room.

You can hear people’s noise if your window/door is facing the street.

The property location is ideal for those who want to walk the city, it's close to all the main areas to be visited. The property is well maintained and the staff did a good job while we were there.

This hotel is in an excellent place for seeing Málaga. We did get an upgrade but I preferred the room I had last time it was quieter. The pool area can get very cramped in the busy months.

This hotel is wonderful! The location is fantastic, it’s right in the center of Malaga and super convenient for walking. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has a great dining option.

Perfect location next to the old city. Very helpful and friendly staff. Modern rooms. Valet only parking.

It was a short stay but the room was excellent. We were on the top most floor and had a beautiful skylight. The room was spacious and very clean and had all needed amenities. The staff was excellent and prompt with all of our needs. The location was beautiful as well! Would definitely stay again.

My mum and I have never been made to feel more unwelcome before. We checked in and went to the rooftop pool. My mum was asked by a woman that works there “do you belong to this hotel?” and she then went and said something to her male colleague about my mum. I am disgusted at how she spoke to my mum and made her feel unwelcome and awkward and that she doesn’t belong to the hotel after paying £253/night to stay there. Everytime my mum ordered anything she was given dirty looks by your female colleague who would then speak in Spanish about my mum to her male colleague. Furthermore the pool shown in the pictures is deceiving it is a small dipping pool where anyone can walk in from the street can come up to the rooftop bar and stand around you at the pool- not what I expected and not what I paid for. We have never felt more uncomfortable. Furthermore, my mums bed sheets were dirty, I had to ask the maid for fresh sheets and she apologised. The shower was also dirty. This is not a 4 star hotel- this is a 3 star hotel at best. Most of the staff are rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant. We will not be returning. Completely ruined our holiday. I have never stayed in a hotel like it before.

The staff were al accommodating, friendly and helpful. We truly appreciated their help. Great location walkable to beach, museums and dining we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, very central, super friendly staff. Only the pool was not available. We were allowed to use the hotel from the neighboring hotel, which was also very nice, but information in advance would be good.

It was amazing!! We were so close to everything and we had a great view of the Catedral, just like in the pictures.
