I had a great experience at this hotel. I was surprised that there was a full bar and restaurant in the hotel. I wasn't expecting that! Everyone was very nice, polite and helpful!

Great hotel! So clean, staff was very nice & helpful, the room was a great value for the money. The neighborhood is very safe & quiet. The bed was SUPER comfortable. Close to many dining/shopping options. 5 minutes to the nearest freeway.

The out let's didn't work at the bed side and on the desk area. It was my 2 children n myself. There was only one chair to sit on. No table to eat on. Two of us sat on the floor to eat. Other than that it was great.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were placed in the first room off the lobby, which was extremely quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a nice selection. The pool was quite clean as well.

I didn’t like the some people returning to their rooms after midnight they were banging on the walls and screaming in the hallway.

The room I was assigned was not fully service by the housekeeper inadequate towels in the bathroom , I asked the housekeeper and she told that I have to go call the front desk, I said why?
Breakfast was lousy and no westen breakfast served… I have stayed at this property few times and it is the first time that I was very disappointed…

Very nice place. Kathy at the front desk when we checked in was super helpful and informative. Not often an employee will take the time to have a conversation with you about the facility and surrounding area. We had trouble with the wifi and she came to our room and worked to get us connected. She adopted us as her grandparents which made us feel right at home.
The only downside was the hot water was nonexistent which I assume was because of the construction. The showers were basically luke warm.

One night stay, clean, and good service even when being under construction at the moment. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The Holiday Inn Rancho Cucamonga was clean, safe and comfortable. The only negative is the $250 deposit fee which has yet to be refunded to me after 4 days since my stay. Though the property was nice, I will no longer do business with Holiday Inn due to their deposit requirement.

Overall, a great stay - (relatively) clean, very quiet, polite and helpful staff. Two minor issues, 1) room was not vacuumed, neither before I checked in nor during my stay - or if it was, they missed a few areas, 2) Why you you paint you outside bricks?
