We came for the weekend for a baseball tournament. We met Chris who checked us in. He was wonderful, has a great personality and was extreme inviting. We had a fantastic weekend and won the tournament. We will see you next time.

Trip got canceled do to canceled flights from the hurricane and even though I paid for insurance Expdia nor the best western would give me a refund.

Chris at the frint desk was amazing and definitely an asset to your business. I have very bad anxiety and having someone like him to greet and take care of you is lifesaving!!!!

Had another great stay here. I make a round trip for work and originally picked it for ease on my first stop of the day. Now I stay because it's always clean, breakfast is great and the staff is polite.
I had an issue with my reservation, was my bad, and they fixed me up no problem.

Nice area & rooms were nice. Breakfast bar was good, but could have had a few more selections. Eggs weren’t very good. Loved that there was bacon!

The room I was given had a smell of wet carpet, the carpet was not wet though. The shower is a handicap showere and the water comes out of the showere flooding the bathroom. Which in turn I think that is why it smells like wet carpet prettt sure the carpet has gotten wet a few times. Most likely has mildew under it. They need to put a better drainage system in the bathroom

We loved the jacuzzi in our room. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was amazing. Overall we will be staying here again on our next trip.

Was a lovely clean property, perfect for a quick stop we needed enroute to the beach. Checked in late and front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The area is not the most centric or convenient located. The staff was wonderful, very attentive, service was great.

Staff are lovely, John checked us in, and after I mis-submitted an incomplete check-in review Chris phoned to ask how he could put it right. Breakfast is limited, and of poor quality. The little pool at the hotel is surprisingly nice. A short walk across the street gives a couple of dining options. Would look to stay there again if we're in the area.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The king suite was very nice. The TV was a bit difficult to get going, but front desk gave me a different remote. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, but a bit soft for our tastes. Hot breakfast was good, with lots of items to choose from, both hot and cold. Very nice property!

The place is old, it has an odor. When they were making breakfast I woke up from a strong smell of bacon at 5 am. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the kitchen is on the 1st. I wouldn't have stayed if I saw the place in real life.

The check in person was very personable and a pleasure to work with checking in. The pool was warm and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel.

All was well until day 2 when the elevator went out. But it was clean and for that I'm grateful. Best western has come a long way. Loved the movie night each night and Continental breakfast.

Nite staff unfriendly. Day staff n breakfast staff absolutely wonderful. Just work on the man on the nite shift. White male older. Asked about the ice makers. He said that they were all broken down. I Went to the 3rd floor anyways and it was working. 1 st floor was broke. They have fixed it all is good. Would stay again.

Friendly staff and breakfast was adequate. The sofa bed was broken and the cot they brought was awful. Their was 0 padding left in the mattress. Room and bedding clean, but some ants in the bathroom and shower didn't get very hot.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Pool was great. Super Flea Market within walking distance. Chilis restaurant across the road. Main road a bit noisy but slept just fine

The price. The rooms cannot be rented directly from the hotel because expedia had blocked the rooms and then overcharges excessively. So, the hotel is priced by expedia making the hotel look much better than it is. The hotel looks very expensive for the facilities provided because of the excessive charges of expedia. The real price charged by the hotel reflect better the quality of the hotel.

Been here a few times now. Always a great place to stay when we are in area. Would definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Free breakfast is also provided and ok.
