Had a lovely relaxing stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet just what we where looking for.

Good location in restored converted old cotton mill by the falls of Clyde. Friendly staff. Good service. Good quality food in the restaurant. My wife enjoyed the Spa facilities. Mobile signal patchy due to location in a steep sided valley but hotel provided free Wi-Fi.

Clean and comfortable room with a view of the river. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Brilliant location in a World Heritage Site. We look forward to our next stay.

Great place to stay and check out the river nearby. The restaurant was good. Be sure to hike around the area!

Nice hotel in a unique setting. Bit dated and needs some updating to reach full potential - same feeling goes for whole of New Lanark. It's a real shame as the whole attraction feels like it's not quite there yet and felt a bit like a ghost town. Lovely walk to waterfalls though. Food was excellent and so we're staff.

Biggest downside was having to wait for 45 mins for my dinner. When it arrived half was missing ( haggis and sauce ) and what was on the plate looked awful , so not such a chicken supreme. I declined to eat the food or have it topped up with the missing parts. The lady sitting next to me also suffered the same fate.
To be fair the Manager came to my room with apologies and offer of a sweet instead. Also declined as I had lost my appetite by then. Took the free drink offered at the bar.

Friendly welcome; allocated a disabled room (? not sure why) great space but dislike wet rooms; king size bed but mattress far too soft; breakfast very disappointing - no vegetarian sausages, no smoked salmon as delivery had not come so eggs it was and had to ask for orange juice as not on table. Spa centre is nice but plastic cups need to go. On checkout a bar bill had been added to our room but removed when queried - no “how was your stay”. Won’t be back.

Hotel itself was bueatifull. Pool facilities lovely. When we had dinner the items on the menu they didnt have. Wasnt asked for ages if we wanted a drink costomer service at dinner poor untill a young girl had to try sort it out.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Dinner menu a little as not changed very often but quality of food amazing. Rooms comfortable and beds very good size. So much to explore whilst at this hotel as uts a converted mill.

The views from our room was stunning, everything was perfect. It's spacious and classy and has everything you need. It's a beautiful hotel with the added bonus of the use of the pool, sauna and steam room. Will definitely return.

Love staying here - fabulous location, excellent breakfast, lovely leisure facilities, clean and spacious rooms. There has definitely been some staff training - a noticeable improvement this visit in customer relations. The bar is a bit dark, dingy and tired.

Dining was very disappointing,and not as described in the menu.Haggis was missing from the chicken dish, the sticky toffee puding was cold and stodgy. used plates were not removed from the table. No fruit available for breakfast.

Last minute break booked here as I had a few days off work. Excellent place to visit, the visitor centre was educational & very enjoyable. Hotel was lovely & comfortable, great pool & amenities. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, slightly dated in places but overall perfectly nice. Spa/pool ares is really nice although the changing room was really cold due to an open window it Feb!!
Food was lovely especially dinner although the sausage and bacon at breakfast were a bit anaemic looking.
We had the New Harmony suite and can highly recommend it, its huge and the bed is the most comfortable thing i have ever slept in!

Amazing time, room was lovely, staff very helpful and food was delicious.
Minor minor negative point, phone signal poor due to the area and WiFi present but not the best.
Pool facilities were great with gym swim sauna and steam room all clean.
Even with the small negative id be back tonight and definitely will return.

We arrived quite late in the dark and found it quite difficult to locate the hotel as Google Maps wasn't functioning. It is not well signposted. After a few wrong turns we eventually got there. We'd booked one of the bigger suites for the night and the room was very spacious, warm and clean. The place has a lot of character, breakfast was excellent and there are some nice walks by the Clyde to walk off the calories. Friendly staff too.

The Staff were very friendly and the Suite was very nice.
The Food & drink was good value for money.
The Spa area was nice, However the pool was very cold which was disappointing.
Hopefully the pool temperature can be addressed as we would love to go back.

Excellent.
However, we came down for breakfast at 09:15 and it was 09:55 before it was delivered to our table. I had asked for a fried egg but got a poached egg. I would have normally asked for it to be changed (it was very runny( white and yoke)) but I wasn’t prepared to wali another possible 30 mins.

Had been talking about visiting for several years. This year we did visit and really enjoyed our few days . Thought the mill visit was very good and informative.

Loved our stay here! Never fails to please with views and atmosphere. We had to take gentle walks this time but so enjoyable. Great staff in all departments especially Kirsten who looked after us at dinner. Make sure you try the ice-cream in the cafe.

Had a fab stay here. Pool and gym were available to use and staff were extremely at explaining everything. Food in the restaurant was fabulous, so delighted to have stayed here.

Staff where great,room was very clean ,so was the spa but both my husband and myself was very disappointed with the food ,we both sent back more foid than we ate at dinner time and breakfast time !!!

What an amazing hotel, big rooms very clean, all facilities great.
Beautiful swimming pool, steam room and sauna.
River view room outstanding for our honeymoon.
The walk to the Falls of Clyde, beautiful and the Museum was really interesting and really added to our stay.
Really enjoyed the Scottish breakfast, the eggs benedict was delicious, dinner was lovely too, we had the burger and the braised pork belly, staff helpful as well.

Lovely rooms and buildings but really let’s the place down is the staff and food. Staff just don’t care. Food over cooked and dry both at breakfast and dinner.
I complained and staff shrugged their shoulders and said I’ll let manager know.
Same happened last time I stayed. Such a shame. I stay up here every two weeks for work but actively choose elsewhere because of this. Only coffee machine is in bar which is closed at breakfast time so no proper coffee.

Lovely hotel. Although busy with a wedding the noise levels were appropriate later in the evening and so did not impact the stay. Pool area clean and pleasant. Food was delicious (evening meal and breakfast). Room needs a bit of attention. We were put in an accessible room. Window would not close, bed linen was stained, accessible shower would not drain properly. Nothing major - from looking at previous reviews this is something that managers are going to address. Amazing setting. Would recommend to friends.
